Would choose this hotel again for comfort and location
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable bed, bright natural light.
Appreciated quick help getting on wifi and getting tv to work.

Cons:

Would have appreciated a discount for the room being near the elevator. Noise was noticeable, didn’t keep me awake but did disturb somewhat.
Front desk staff not quick to get off her chair and help with coffee.
Was never told. Was breakfast included?

Will not be coming back because of water flow in the shower
Pros:

- The room was spatious and clean
- Temperature adjustment works adequately and fast
- The beds are comfortable
- The breakfast is fine but too repetitive

Cons:

- The desk staff looks unwelcoming during check-in, no explanation on anything
- The water flow in shower is so slow; the water goes up your feet when you take a shower, which is pretty a turn-off
- The lighting is so dark in the room even when all the lights are turned on

Nice and close to the airport so convenient
Pros:

Nice and close to the Ottawa airport, which made it convenient for me to stay overnight after a very late flight.

Cons:

The property was under a great deal of construction on the main floor. My room was on the main floor, and I found it quite noisy in the morning when the construction started. I realize this is probably a temporary thing, but the staff could probably have put me on a different floor where it would've been quieter., the staff on check-in weren't particularly friendly, although not unfriendly, but seemed rather disinterested. And acknowledgement and an apology about all of the construction should've been stated.

we were only there for the evening before our flight in the morning. Buffet expensive for seniors.
Pros:

Room was very nicd although I was told I would get a walk in shower with out paying more but did not get one, breakfast was good but very expensive

Cons:

I was not able to get a walk in shower that I asked for without an increase in cost.
The restaurant was very nice but expensive and no seniors rates

The room was very large with little furniture so there was an echo. Every noise was amplified.
