El lugar bien.
Hubo una confusion porquw reservamos una habitación de 2 camas y al llegar a medianoche nos habian asignado de 1.
Teniamos el comprobante y lo solucionaron, pero a esa hora luego de un vuelo largo, fue una situación incomoda
The room was great, nice and big and I found the king size bed and pillows to be quite comfortable.!! The big bottles of hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner were also a welcomed surprise. Coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave were a added bonus. I like that they are pet friendly! Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
Whomever cleaned the room last, did a very fast job, as there was still hair in our sink from what looked like a man had shaven, plus a few dirty spots in the tub. The entrance was very cold when we arrived, so we didn't eat from the restaurant as we didn't want to freeze and eat in our coats. Pet fee was a bit steep for not even being in the room 24hrs, that's the most I've ever paid, a lot of places are less than $50 or have no fee at all.

It would have been good to know that it was under remodel construction in advance- perhaps with the price reflecting that the lobby was cold and noisy and the regular dining room was closed.

So so quiet where I was on the 7th floor. Needed the sleep so appreciated that.
Had a very early flight so having to leave before breakfast. Lol
The staff were excellent and very friendly! Everything we needed, they had and we're happy to help out in a quick manner
That the bar had no music, they were only item till 11pm and no jockey game on the TV. They only had 1 channel!!!! Very boring atmosphere and very expensive. Thought it would be fun going down to the bar and having a drink but it wasn't! Very disappointment. But the food was good
Très grande chambre, propre malgré que l’établissement soit en rénovation. Près du EY center.
Il n’y avait pas de bouilloire, seulement une machine à café. Le personnel ne parlait pas français, malgré qu’il était mentionné que oui. Les lits étaient mou.
