Easy to fine the parking lot is large. They have a full restaurant. Everything is amazing service and it's wonderful. Noise is good and hotel is clean enough. The Rooms great. Value and the atmosphere is perfect..
They share a shuttle with the Marriott. It's under renovation so it will match I hope the Five star it gets. The 👌

We have experienced significant concerns regarding potential racial discrimination at this hotel. Given the seriousness of these concerns, we believe the matter warrants careful review and prompt attention.
Breakfast is not included. Parking is hard to find . Check in receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. Would not hurt you to smile. Hot tub was not working which i was told it was multiple times and also same day. When i spoke to the pool cleanup guy he said it was broken for a while. So was lied to by hotel to get to stay there. Rooms are quiet , bed comfy.
Kinda sad that we had no conditioner and missing toilet paper on a check in. Also towels were already dirty and shower pressure is not great. Neither is pressure for the toilet so flush often. The best part and i have never had this happen ever around the world is my charger was stolen by the staff.
Room wise and price was good but staff is lacking any time of professionalism
I am very disappointed with the service I received during my stay at this hotel.
From the moment I arrived, the experience started on the wrong foot. At check-in, I received a very cold welcome from the receptionist. She seemed bothered by my presence and quickly explained the hotel information in a way that was difficult to understand, as if I had already stayed there before or was familiar with everything. I left the front desk feeling confused rather than welcomed.
The following morning, I went to breakfast, which was included in the package I had paid for. Unfortunately, I had not been given the correct breakfast voucher at check-in, although I was unaware of this at the time. When I arrived at the restaurant, Jonatan informed me that the voucher I had was for the following day. While he was not rude, the interaction felt stressful and tense, and he would not provide the voucher needed for the next day until the situation was clarified.
I then went back to the front desk, where François assisted me. He was friendly, welcoming, and resolved the issue quickly with a smile. It turned out that the mistake originated at check-in, as I had not been given the correct voucher in the first place.
Although the problem was eventually solved, the entire experience created unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. Guests choose hotels like this because they expect comfort, hospitality, and a pleasant atmosphere. Instead, I often felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued guest.
For the price paid, I expected a much warmer and more professional level of customer service. Based on my experience, I would encourage travelers looking for a truly relaxing stay to consider other nearby hotel options.
Chambre très grande, propre, bon service
Picked us up of an early flight on time.very friendly staff. Room was exceptional, can't rate this high enough. Didn't stay for breakfast as son picked us up .But facilities looked amazing
