Room Reservation Not Kept.
Pros:

The hotel is full of life. Many young adults with their children of all ages, and grandmother and grandfathers their with their kids and grandchildren. Staff was friendly and helpful as always. Rooms are very nice and clean. Would have given 5 stars, buy have to drop it down to 4. I made a reservation for my wife and myself, was offered, and within 2 to 3 minutes, paid for an update to a "Studio Suite". After driving 300+ miles, and 5+ hours on the road, upon checking in was informed that the hotel give the "Studio Suite" to a different customer, was given the room, there was an known issue with the air-conditioning. Reported the issue, was offered to be switched to a "Studio Suite" but would have to pay the additional cost, but the additional cost was much higher than what the 1st reservation was offered for. Basically, one could say, the hotel did not keep and honor the paid for "Studio Suite". Micro Hotel, Johnstown, New York.
