A great surprise!
Pros:

Thank you for such efficiency and kindness! I reserved my room in November. The person who assisted me, Sonny Patel, was very considerate. He helped me with a senior discount and told me that I could leave my car parked in the parking lot for $5 per day.
My room was basic but very clean and comfortable.
The parking lot of the hotel was well lit and I felt safe there.
Upon my return, the driver, possibly the owner, picked me up at the Jacksonville Airport on Christmas Day!
The employees at the front desk were helpful and cheerful. I will definitely stay there again!

Roaches and Pet Noise
Pros:

We stayed overnight to catch an early morning flight. We killed five roaches in the room. And, there was a noisy dog running around upstairs.

We would stay again for convenience to leave our car

The room was handicapped which we didn’t need which left no space in the bathroom for items but I’m sure convenient for someone

Beware!!
Pros:

Sad excuse for a hotel. The Park-Stay-Fly is the only redeeming quality. Although being renovated, the rooms are old, tasteless, the water fixtures need fixed, the furniture needs replaced and the breakfast bar is pathetic.

Horrible smelled like smoke
Cons:

This hotel is a scam, I booked through booking.com and the receptionist claims she didn’t see my booking confirmation I showed her off of my phone and she cancelled the room on purpose for me to pay a up charge for another room! There was no way for me to Cancel what I booked on booking.com. Very careless and money hungry organization the lady was thin with black hair wasn’t even accommodating I guess that’s how they are going to pay for there new main entrance which is currently getting worked on. I would avoid this place.

מלון גרוע ביותר ! המלון בשיפוצים ולא נאמר על זה מילה בהזמנה. אי אפשר להיכנס מהכניסה הראשית, רק מדלת צדדית. רעש פטישים כל היום ! הרהוט בחדר ישן ושבור ! בארוחת הבוקר נגמרו הלחמים והמזלגות פלסטיק- ולא טרחו לחדש ! באתר של בוקינג דרכו הזמנו - רשום שיש כספת. ובכן - אין ! לא בחדר, ואף לא בקבלה. אפילו כפתור הזמנת המעלית מודבק עם נייר דבק - סלוטייפ. בקיצור, כמאמר נשיא ארה״ב: DON’T !

Pros:

Not a working ice machine in the building. Room phone and a room outlet not working.
On a positive note, bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was included and adequate to start the day. If you don’t have a car, there is nothing nearby. Building under renovation
