The pool and lobby was nice.
Dirty sheet in the drawer, issues with room key functioning, obvious long term residents living there
Sunday morning breakfast served only 6-8am We completely missed it. Didn’t get a receipt.
The lighting was all messed up in the room. The toilet didnt flush well. Most Baymonts I've stayed at u access your room from inside this one was more like a super 8 or red roof inn where you access your door from outside.
This hotel is completely corrupted I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. This property was in extremely poor condition during my stay. The room was dirty, the floors appeared not to have been vacuumed, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable.
Throughout the property, there were signs of neglect and poor maintenance. The hotel looked run-down and gave the appearance of being abandoned in some areas. The atmosphere felt unsafe and uncomfortable.
What concerned me most was seeing what appeared to be drug-related activity and paraphernalia on the property. Combined with the lack of cleanliness and maintenance, it created an environment where I did not feel comfortable staying.
The management did not appear to take these issues seriously, and I left with the impression that guest safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction were not priorities.
This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, safe, professionally managed place to stay.
A/C unit was VERY loud. No A/C on so room was extremely hot. Shower was difficult to turn on.
No ice machine. LOUD A/C unit
Nothing
Everything
This is the most poorly run and absolutely disgusting facilities that I have ever been to. The management was awful to work with. A drug infested mess.

Rooms were dirty, carpet was dirty, i cleaned the bathroom floor-because there were so much hair and debris laying about. There was a water leak from under the base board, with metal door frame near it---no can't see why the maid never reported the problem--it was rusting. Breakfast was so scarce, the attendant was nearby but she wasn't making any effort to replenish anything. People came to eat, looked and left. Just horrible.
I’ve NEVER written a poor review so not overly picky, BUT here goes. I chose the “pay at the property” option for 3 rooms because I was traveling with other family members that were going to pay for their rooms when we got there. The motel charged my card the day before we arrived for all three rooms. So all of my money for the weekend was tied up in motel charges (it takes 5 business days to refund). Then we get to our room and the bed was unmade with motor oil on the sheets,. not vacuumed and piss in the toilet and on the floor. They called house keeping and they came and cleaned for 2 hours. We didn’t get into our room until midnight. The other two rooms were clean, but smelled very heavily of pot and cigarette smoke so bad. NIGHTMARE!
The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in and checked out was great!!! The staff that was there in the morning when I went for breakfast seem bothered when I asked her if there would be any more breakfast coming out as there was still over an hour for breakfast and there was nothing left for eggs or sausage. But kuddos to the gentleman, thank you for being so friendly.
It was like staying in a nightmare. I went to the pool to sit and study and some lady started talking to me which at first was fine but then she kept getting louder and more worked up and said she was messed up on drugs and alcohol and by the end was screaming and throwing her arms around and it was F*** this, F*** that and people were staring at us...all I wanted to do was study! You could see light through the crack of my door, I mean a lot. The door did not seal at all. There were people running back and forth screaming all night and a car outside that was loud to begin with and then sat and laid on the horn for 10 minutes straight. The people screaming were yelling F*** you B**** and I will kill you. There was a coffee pod left in the coffee maker from the person before. Every time I went to take my dog out there was a guy sitting in a car right by my door EVERY time and it wreaked of weed!!! I think I got a contact high every time I left my room!
Location was close to where I needed to be
