The Hotel really needs some updating. The Carpet smells and the sofa in my suite had dirty spots and I felt uncomfortable sitting in it. I t really needs some serious cleaning.
The Cleanliness of the carpet. It smelled. One of the Kitchen and front desk staff was not friendly at all. This was my second time there and the first time was better. I reserved suite, because I thought it would be better. The toilet was a little unstable.

The linen on the beds were not clean so I had to ask for another room. The carpet smelled and the pillows were very uncomfortable to the point my neck and head was hurting from not being able to get a full nights rest. The hotel is in need of an upgrade.

Mrs. Tracey was excellent. Anything we had an issue with was resolved quickly. The inside of the motel is dated but kept as clean as possible.
The outside was not appealing at all! Shrubbery was all dead and unkept. The pool was dirty. There were no gathering areas that were comfortable. Breakfast was not appealing. The beds were not comfy.

Black mold around shower area meeting small insects on the floor. Peeling wallpaper in room as well as peeling in lobby and breakfast area. Don’t know how this building is allowed to do business.
Convenient to the people we were visiting.
It is really showing wear & tear. The ventilation system was horrible— the humidity in our room was much higher than outside. Nothing would dry. The towel bar came off the wall, and the bathroom in general needs work.
Breakfast always good at Hampton and this time the berry waffles were especially good. Also quick to fix A/C issue and elevator repair.
The hot water in the lobby had a coffee taste and second day a little debri in the water, maybe from coffee or tea. Not a major issue!
