Property was nice and very clean
Some breakfast items were spoiled or not kept in the fridge when they needed to be
Location
Even though under renovation was very dirty.
The staff was friendly & kind. The breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and fully stocked. The location was good. The room was all in order and was clean. Beds were comfy.
When booking this location I was not aware that it is under construction. It was not until after I booked it that I got an email from the hotel informing me it was a construction zone. We were traveling so I did not see the email. The price they charged should have been a bit lower. There are several other hotels in the area with the same rating that were way cheaper. I get it and appreciate them making updates, but it would have been nice to know prior to booking.
I cannot think of anything that stood out to me. There really wasn't anything I liked about the stay. I believe when this facility is not under construction, this location could be a good one.
Bugs in the room, the most uncomfortable bed I have ever stayed in, periods of no water without warning, the constant construction noise throughout the stay, and the front door had so much space between the door's jam and door, we shoved towels in the gap to restrict the light.
The staff was professional and accommodating, but the first room we got, I believe someone was still in the room. Food was on the table, the TV was on and the bed was a mess. We immediately closed the door and went to the front desk. They gave us another room and apologized for the inconvenience. The first thing that stood out when we got to our new room was that there was no hand soap at the sink area, but that wasn't a big deal because we just used the body soap in the shower. The next thing we noticed was the amount of ants all over the room. Ants covered everything in the bathroom, shower area. I found where they were coming from and put some body soap in the hole and this seemed to stop them for a little while. As I finished putting on my makeup on and product in my hair, imagine my surprise when I had no water. The hotel is under construction and they turned off the water with no warning. My husband called the front desk and the person who answered the phone had no idea the water was turned off. It took 20 minutes to get the water back on.
The bed was very hard and bouncy. We could feel the springs popping as we slept. Neither my husband or I slept at all. I actually thought about opening the pull-out sofa because whenever one of us rolled over, we would wake each other up. My husband woke up to bites all over his right side and when we turned on the lights, there were ants on the bed. We can only assume the ants bit him while he slept. Both of us felt nauseous when we woke up. I generally don't leave reviews, but this experience was just bad. When the construction is over, this may be a good hotel, but I wouldn't stay there anytime soon.
Location
No hot water had take cold shower
Very clean and comfortable
Th staff was wonderful room was clean and bed was comfortable.
I wish we would have been told before the night before we arrived that the hotel was under renovation and that the pool was closed. Work was being done in the room above us so it was loud most of the day. We were told work would be 8:30-5:30 and they started before 8 and one night worked till 7:30-8.
Nothing

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Not happy about dirty towels being left in the room when it’s supposed to have been cleaned.
