Pros:

The employees are pleasant and excellent at what they do. I had some card charges that I did not understand and they cleared them up. Overall great stay.

Cons:

If course the hotel is under construction so hearing loud banging at 7 in the morning stinks but they have apologizes posted everywhere so it is not a shock to hear construction workers but I don't have to like it. The construction is done during normal business hours so it is what it is

It was ok but I would have to think twice to stay here again
Pros:

The breakfast was ok... it was some what clean.

Cons:

Staff seemed bothered if you needed help.. tv sucked.. no roku tv.. satellite TV was fuzzy.. no coffee in room

Pros:

absolutely nothing. the breakfast was awful, the staff was rude as ever. they couldn’t even give me a bandaid.

Cons:

the floors were dirty. there were bugs in our bed, the bath tub plug was missing, the bathroom mirror was broken, there was food in the dishes, the tv wouldn’t work and kept cutting out.

Dangerous!!!!!!!!
Pros:

The desk attendant Janice was rude, disrespectful she would not assist me she encouraged a tenant she knew to yell in my face and threatened to kill me and my child and friends as she laughed. She allowed a homeless woman to sleep in the lobby on a chair making me stand up for an hour and I am disabled as she talked to the tenant in a personal conversation!!!!! When I said I was disabled and couldn't keep standing that's when she let the tenant verbal threaten our lives saying how she would kill us as she laughed

Everything was dangerous!!!!! Nasty hotel and disrespectful

Pros:

The breakfast was ok I loved that the room had a little kitchen in it.

Cons:

Our first room was bigger, had to down size because of the air conditioner wouldn't blow out cold air and by me being 7 months pregnant the other bathroom didn't have a place where I could sit in the shower.

Pros:

Limited food egg sausage, cereal, Waffle and yogurt.

Cons:

The room was disgustingly dirty roaches dead on the floor not swept up from previous users, cabinets were falling apart from water damage.
I would not even walk on the floor without shoes.The flooring was so nasty
