Never using booking again if you don't refund me.

Cons:

You could refund me since they "no call no showed" me with almost three hours left on my time to use the room I paid for. Unhappy and unacceptable. I just needed a shower and a quick nap after a long night because I missed my check in time because of car trouble.

The property was very nice outside patio by the pool is very nice .

Cons:

The only thing wrong with the place is the Asian lady that works the front desk two days a week watch out for her she is not someone that should be working with customers very rude and nasty with you .

Everything was good
Pros:

The room was nice and cozy. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to prepare our food. It would have been nice if continental breakfast was provided or complimentary bottles of water. I wish we were asked if we wanted a balcony view, that would have been nice. Overall it was a relaxing stay. It was our birthday celebration. We had a blast.

Pros:

It was possibly the nicest hotel I've stayed at. Very clean, affordable, and the help at the front desk was very pleasant. Next time in Pcb, Fl. I will be staying here again!

Cons:

Closer to the beach would have been better, but I really cant complain. It was a great and enjoyable stay.

Clean room fist day if you have kids bring a broom because they don’t clean your floor every day
