Great location & great value
Pros:

Nice, small but comfy room. Great brekkie and super nice staff!

Breakfast is healthy. Has vegetables and smoothies. Location is convenient. Near train station.

Simple and basic.
Pros:

It was small and simple and clean.

Cons:

I could hear anything and anyone in the corridor or next to my room or even above (someone snoring, or talking). The breakfast booking system was a little annoying but understandable as the space was so small.
The tax amount wasn’t included in the price and not mentioned anywhere.

朝食も無料なのに、美味しく、サバの出汁茶漬けみたいなのは特に美味しかったです

Cons:

親と行ったのですが、バスタブの高さが高く、入りにくかったとの言ってました。年の召した方には、大変かもしれません

It is a very pleasant and comfortable!
Pros:

The lobby area is great! I can hang out for a long while to wait for my flight to the airport.

Cons:

Everything is great! It is closed to subway station, Kanda and Iwamotocho. It is very convenient!
