Best Western Plus Olive Branch Hotel & Suites

noisy the trash truck at 2:30 am must have been by stairs lots of nose from people dragging things up and down the stairs someone running, morning breakfast was great it was nice and clean good parking places to eat close by getting to what we needed was great with the roads around maybe a room next to ours you wound not have the stair nose or the trash truck just outside our window in the morning

Large room with a truly king size bed. Large selection for breakfast. Staff was great, especially Sandra who is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The perfect person for the hospitality industry and the Olive Branch Best Western Plus is fortunate to have her.

The room was nice and clean, but the building and hallway smelled like weed and unclean. I enjoyed our room, but the hallway was nauseating.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and the ladies at the front desk were nice, personable and helpful. We stayed during the storms and tornado warnings (which we aren’t used too) and they were kind and made us feel comfortable and gave us good advice. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was the usual, parking was plentiful. There are elevators to use. The only problem we encountered was an issue with the card lock not working really well to unlock the room even after changing the cards out 3 times but it wasn’t a huge deal. There are places to eat not far from the hotel and convenience stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Sandra harassed my Boyfriend and I the entirety of the trip, tried to argue with us over the room phone and then said she didn’t care if we wrote a review. The entire trip, she kept trying to say we “smelled” like weed coming in when my boyfriend had a medical card and no weed was smoked on the premises. And the room didn’t smell like anything. I watched her walk in with a 24 pack of Beer on the clock and this is the manager?? Then proceeds to say she has premium members that stay there, so she obviously doesn’t value a regular paying customer. They had an issue with checking me out properly, and there was obviously nobody complaining because there was barely anybody staying in the hotel. You walk in to check on her employees are sleep on the job and more.

Ari checked us in quickly, the lobby area was inviting as was the breakfast area. Decent, hot breakfast tho, gravy for B&G was just white flour-water (no sausage) ick.
A good, comfy room was clean but the bathroom counter was flooded. Got that cleaned up and found the "sweet spot" for the faucet to avoid further flooding.
Nice, well equipped exercise area met our needs but there was a huge confusion over the pool. Web site shows it has an outdoor pool where this property is definitely has indoor. No biggy, just made me second-guess where I was but this could be interpreted as false advertising.

Loved this place. Manager Sandra went above and beyond to make our stay perfect !! Employees such as her , are very hard to come by !! Will definitely be returning. Beds were super comfortable, room very clean and breakfast was wonderful rates were good . No complaints at all . We travel a lot and this was definitely our favorite .

Great place

I have a confirmation for a four night stay at this property this upcoming weekend, which I booked directly through Best Western. I received a call 2 days prior to my arrival from the manager stating that she "can't honor the reservation," as she has no rooms available. I told her that the reservation had been confirmed 10 weeks ago, and inquired as to why the room wouldn't be available. She said because there are other guests in the room that I had reserved who are "refusing to leave."

I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing. Not so much as an apology, an offer of refund - only "I don't have a room for you." I have reached out to corporate to see what type of recourse I have. Absolutely despicable business practice by this hotel. Avoid like the plague!

New live in manager here at the hotel is ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL! her employees she disrespects , audio recording people without their knowledge true disgrace! I know the owners from being here in the past for business and I aswell will be contacting them soon while ALSO checking out early because of being harassed by this new manager. I'm not sure of this guy's name all I know is that shim is absolutely out of pocket and I will never be coming here again . Also going to be trying to help the employee that she has recorded without her knowledge with a lawyer because it's for one illegal and 2 pretty sad she wants to try and bully the other employee. IM VERY disappointed that Rohan and Monica hired such a disrespectful person while ALSO refusing to tell me her name , only say she's the manager like she owns the place. Real professional id say . She also LIED when she said that my dog tried to bite a housekeeper which in FACT IS COMPLETELY FALSE. SO WHOEVER THIS NEW MANAGER IS THAT LIVES THERE AND PARKS IN A HANDICAPPED SPOT WITHOUT A HANDICAPPED PLATE OR TEMP I FIND IT RIDICULOUS AFTER MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE SAID THIS LADY SHOULD ABSOLUTELY NOT HAVE A MANAGER POSITION, BECAUSE SHE CANT EVEN VE RESPECTFUL TO HER OWN EMPLOYEES LET ALONE THE GUEST THAT PAY GOOD MONEY TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. MY REMAINING CONTRACT TIME THE 26 OF US THAT ARE IN AND OUT OF THAT HOTEL WILL NO LONGER EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING TO THAT HOTEL. LOST MANY LOYAL CUSTOMERS BECAUSE YOUR MANAGER IS RUDE AND TRULY SEEMS TO BE A ABSOLUTE RACIST! SORRY NOT SORRY DO BETTER NEXT TIME BEST WESTERN PLUS.AND HOPEFULLY YOU DONT RUIN ANOTHER CORPORATE STAYS CONTACT IN THE PROCESS!!

Room had bad smell, door cards didn’t work, staff unconcerned

Very clean, lobby smelled amazing. We were pulling a trailer and had no concerns because parking lot well lit and clean.

My stay at Best Western Plus in Olive Branch MS was great! The manager Sandra and her team was attentive, accommodating and very friendly.
The Breakfast buffet was delicious, and freshly prepared each day.
My elderly Uncle and Mother traveled with me for our 4 night stay. All staff were very respectful and graciously offered assistance to both of them.
I will definitely choose to stay here in the future.

Close to family, close to where we needed to do work, close to gas and close to many options for food.

After driving 730 miles, we checked into the BW Plus at Olive Branch. The room was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds and a quiet room let us get our much needed sleep. The icing on the cake was the unexpected breakfast in the morning. We knew we'd have breakfast served, just didn't expect eggs, bacon, potatoes, sausage, juice, fruit, a bread assortment and lots more. The gal taking care of serving did an outstanding job of keeping food fresh and the area cleaned up. Well done!

The room was too smelly, and it looked too old.
