Immer wieder Super Aufenthalt bei Euch

Das war bereits mein 8. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und ich wähle es jedes Mal ganz bewusst als meine Nummer 1! Der Aufenthalt war wieder rundum super. Der Service ist hervorragend, das Frühstück fabelhaft und reichhaltig, und auf individuelle Wünsche wird stets eingegangen. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich.
Die Zimmer werden täglich gepflegt, das Bett gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Besonders positiv möchte ich hervorheben, dass die Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt ist – wir kamen um 3 Uhr nachts zurück, und auch da war das Personal freundlich und aufmerksam.
Das Hotel ist außerdem angenehm ruhig, kein Straßenlärm zu hören. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Cons:

Schade, dass das Hotel selbst keinen Parkplatz hat. Uns wurde aber ein Parkhaus empfohlen, das nur etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt war und auch sehr zu empfehlen ist.

A wonderful stay and will definitely come back!
Pros:

Super friendly and helpful staff. One receptionist helped my son find the right screw driver to unscrew his train from the rail! Also she prepared some nice surprises - more than 10 Easter chocolate eggs for my 7-year old son! Location is also very nice, located in a quiet and safe residential area where you can find the metro and buses within 10-min walking distance!

Séjour parfait dans un espace calme et chaleureux

L’Hôtel très propre, est situé à proximité de transport, de commerces et restaurants, dans une impasse très calme. Le personnel est adorable , agréable et discret. Le petit déjeuner est copieux avec un choix assez large.

I HAD A VERY UNFORGETTABLE BAD EXPERIENCE during my stay in this HOTEL PARIS CHATILLON, Montparnasse

The hotel was clean ; they clean the room everyday on your stay and it is close to restaurants , supermarket and subway.

Cons:

The property is NOT SAFE at all ; they have a policy that you have to leave the room key to the reception whenever you are going out of the hotel .. I booked from 17th March to 20th (3nights) only since I’m going to Zurich, Switzerland for 2 nights and coming back to Paris for another day before going back to my home based country ; so I decided to stay for a night again on the 22th March with Ms. Zoreh giving me a good discount ….A day before I m travelling back to Paris ; I opened the booking .com app to check my 1 night booking but I cannot see it so I was thinking that it was just a continuation of my previous stay so maybe she did not put it on the hotel’s computer system anymore; On my return back to Paris I bought a Tissot watch at Zurich Duty Free at the Airport. I arrived past 5pm at Hotel Chatillon …tooked the key from the receptionist with the name sounds like Mina then headed to my room ; same room that I stayed for 3 nights; since I was hungry already; I hurried and placed my passport & extra money on the room’s Safe but the Tissot watch , I decided to keep it my small bag which I have locked …. When I came back to my room past 9 o clock already , I immediately check on my watch to fit it, I opened the padlock which I have put on the small back to secure it but my surprised my watch is not inside the box ; it was stolen then I immediately checked on my other hard luggage and saw that it was forcefully opened because He/she cannot opened because of the Pin Code number I used ; I immediately told the receptionist( the one on duty is a man already )and told him that i lost my watch and my other luggage was forcefully opened ; he said he will report it to the manager and it’s their 1st time to have an issue like that …. Also the door knob of my room was not broken ; ; So 100%, when I went out and gave the receptionst the room key …. that person immediately went to the room and stole the watch & forcefully opened my other luggage ..
