No consederation I book and whole pay my 8 nights but I just only use 2 nights beacuse I had an emergency in my work so need to go back to London so I ask the manager if I can change or little consideration about my remaining nights even just change other dates or any kind but the manager said theirs nothing she can do I know I mistaken fillup non refanble but I just hope theirs a consedaration at the hotel beacuse I'm not just book for jus one night or 2nights I book 8 nights so I'm so upsate that I did not use my 6 nights
The manager or hotel has no consedaration at all!!!

Chambre étroite. Tapis vieux et un peu sale

The 14th is far from main attractions. Nothing really to see out there. But you can get in the metro quick to see everything and do anything.
Maybe some noise between rooms could be heard.

mauvaise volonté de la part du personnel, un d'entre eux ne parle quasiment pas français, nous avions payé plus pour une chambre à deux lits, on nous a donné une chambre double et personne ne s'est démené pour nous fournir ne serait-ce que des draps. petit déjeuner assez limité.

everything was about to fall off the walls, fall apart or didn’t work. When we arrived the electricity fell out, it was also still dirty and not cleaned properly as we found hair from previous visitors everywhere among other things. We couldn’t flush the toilet, the towel hangers couldn’t be used because they almost fell off the wall aswell as everything in the shower. The mattresses were super dirty and stained and the only thing you layed on was a really thin piece of fabric. closet didn’t close properly, mini fridge didn’t work, during the stay the breakfast was not organized well. We arrived to an dirty table that never got cleaned we never received cutlery or cups to drink out of, we had to ask for it ourselves otherwise we wouldn’t have gotten it and when we asked for it they didn’t even know what a knife was.. and that’s alright but the way it was handed to us was also in a very rude way. then the breakfast was also very meager and had almost nothing laying around.. very disappointing for the price. then last night we were there there was someone snoring from two rooms away which you could hear as if it was in our room itself.

シングルベッド２つのツインルームを予約して、その分少し高く払ったのに、最初の晩は２台ベッドがくっついて掛け布団の大きいのがかかったダブルルームになっていた。ルームメイクスタッフの間違いだとかで、仮に掛け布団をもう１枚もらって対処した。翌日には同じ部屋をシングルベッド2つにリメイクしてもらったが。

よくあることだがティッシュペーパーが無くなったので、補充して欲しくて目立つ所に置いておいたら、戻ってきたら補充どころかケースごと無くなっただけ。

ゴミ箱にビニール袋がかかっていたのが、３日目にはゴミは捨てられていたが袋がかかってなくて、そのままゴミを捨てづらく、自前の袋を使わざるを得なかった。

初日に床に落とした小さいゴミが、3日経ってもそのまま。つまりはゴミ捨てとベッドメイキングはしてあったが、掃除はろくにしてない様子。

ホテルそのものは部屋も広く、居心地は悪くなかったが、以上のような言わば些細なことで、評価が落ちるのは残念。

The bed was two beds placed together to make a king size bed and you should use something to keep the beds together during the time someone is sleeping since the beds would come apart during that time.

La propreté des espaces communs genre toilettes, horrible.
La salle de bains vieillissante.
