Pros:

Morning desk man was efficient and respectful. Water pressure was fabulous.

Cons:

Night desk man's attitude. Room reeked of smoke. Chipped n worn furniture. Dirt n grime on paint around all switch plates and on doors and trim. None of the dishes etc were in the room . You have to request them ( must be a theft problem) "sanitized" coffee maker had coffee stains inside, outside and thick on the burner plate. No dish rag to wash the nasty thing , so the husband went down to get one. None available, supposedly in the wash. Got 2 dish towels at least so I could use one as soapy cloth.

Not good for the handicap
Pros:

The location.

Cons:

That I had to put my handicap husband on a luggage cart to get him to the handicap room because it was far away from the elevator and he couldn't walk that far, and they had no wheelchair on site.

Loud - property next to 2 major big box retailers that receive large freight deliveries all night long
