Breakfast is not good, there is no many options, that is the only drawback. They mentioned breakfast but just a snacks in tea time,

The location was great.

We had a late check-in on Friday night. I had called to let them know we would be arriving around 12:30am. The lady on the phone said as long as we arrive before 1:15 am, it will be fine. We arrived at 12:50am. Everything was locked up and there was no one in the front lobby. I used the phone to call and the gentleman on the other line was very kind and helpful. After I gave him our confirmation number, he said someone will be right there to let us in and check us in. We were waiting in the lobby (a guest let us in) and a young man came from the stairway and threw the gate for the front desk up and did not greet us at all. We could tell he was not happy that he had to check us in. We stood there for a good 5 or so minutes before he finally said something to us....he asked for our IDs. For some reason my name wasn't on the reservation. Instead of my name it said "NULL". I told him that is our reservation and he said it was for "the Nulls". I told him it's not and I don't know why my name or any name for that matter wasn't on the reservation. After an 8 hour drive, I wanted to cry. We were very patient with him. If someone works in the hospitality business, they should learn to be hospitable. Every other staff member we encountered was very nice, however, we will not stay there again.

I want my refund from booking.com
Cons:

Booking.com over booked the hotel so when I got there they had 0 rooms available, booking.com took my money and I want it back.

Our AC didn’t work and they didn’t do anything to fix it .. way too uncomfortable in the room. My husband banged on the AC in the middle of the night and it finally came on. Had very little sleep… also I was expecting more for the free breakfast than a pack or grits or oatmeal and some hot water … they didn’t even have juice or milk… very cheap place not worth the money

La ubicación

Cons:

Habla una cucaracha en la cocina.
Te dicen que tiene cocina, que está re buena. Pero llegué tarde y no había ni una cuchara, lo tenés que pedir.
La limpieza horrible.olor en el pasillo.
Llegamos 11 45 de la noche y entre en la habitación a la 1 de la mañana, nunca atendieron el supuesto teléfono que hay para late check in. Por suerte encontré un teléfono en Booking y desde ahí se conectaron.
Reserve para 3 y cuando entre había una cama doble. El de la recepción ya se había ido, imagínate ya agotados, uno durmió en el sillón de 1 cuerpo, sentado.
Una experiencia muy mala

Few staff i meet they seemed genuinely interested in helping me.

Cons:

The procedures sucked, the facility was old and not well maintained. Not hot water the "breakfast was a poor coffee cart. I had to make my own beds on check in. Had to plunge and stop up toilet. Will never ever stay at an Extended stay.

OK pour une nuit ou 2, lorsque l'on est de passage sur Charleston
Pros:

La chambre était correcte.
La salle de bains était propre.
Les lits étaient confortables.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner se fait dans la chambre. Il faut descendre pour prendre du café et des biscuits, mais pas de plateau disponible. Ce n'est pas très pratique et je recommande plutôt d'aller dans un Waffle House.
