The staff was very polite and our room was very spacious and clean. I like the kitchen being in the room also for the time we chose to stay in and cook.
I like a walk in showers without the tub, but other than that everything was great.

The first room I was assigned had roaches. The elevator buttons are a known issue that haven’t been resolved, the “upgrade” I was supposed to get to offset the issue with the first room was no different from the first room, just two floors up. The other guests were loud day and night.

Checking in was a nightmare staff on duty was unable to find reservations for myself and several other people that had used booking.com .also they attempted to charge me more than I was told upon booking this room. Staff was rude stating he couldn't help us. After much discussion I paid and received my room key

Staff took over a hr just to come down and check us in the hotel (waited until 12am). Then when we got checked in, there were roaches right when you open the door. We ended up leaving immediately and had to find someone else to stay. Requesting a refund.

The location was great.
We had a late check-in on Friday night. I had called to let them know we would be arriving around 12:30am. The lady on the phone said as long as we arrive before 1:15 am, it will be fine. We arrived at 12:50am. Everything was locked up and there was no one in the front lobby. I used the phone to call and the gentleman on the other line was very kind and helpful. After I gave him our confirmation number, he said someone will be right there to let us in and check us in. We were waiting in the lobby (a guest let us in) and a young man came from the stairway and threw the gate for the front desk up and did not greet us at all. We could tell he was not happy that he had to check us in. We stood there for a good 5 or so minutes before he finally said something to us....he asked for our IDs. For some reason my name wasn't on the reservation. Instead of my name it said "NULL". I told him that is our reservation and he said it was for "the Nulls". I told him it's not and I don't know why my name or any name for that matter wasn't on the reservation. After an 8 hour drive, I wanted to cry. We were very patient with him. If someone works in the hospitality business, they should learn to be hospitable. Every other staff member we encountered was very nice, however, we will not stay there again.
Booking.com over booked the hotel so when I got there they had 0 rooms available, booking.com took my money and I want it back.
