Harmillisesti meitä ennen oli ollut joku riehuja porukka ja hajottanut paikkoja. Saimme huoneen tunnin myöhässä ja siellä oli rikkinäistä lasia lattialla, TV ei toiminut. Poreammeessa ei toiminu valot. Näistä ei mitään hyvitystä.. baarikaapissa oli avoin juoma..

Pros:

Просторный номер, отличный завтрак шведский стол, просторный номер с ванной, отель стоит в лесу в 50 метрах от озера, в середине июля комаров практически не было, вода была теплой, много семей с детьми, все купались в озере, есть небольшой пирс, любители ранней рыбалки должны привезти с собой удочки, можно рыбачить, на месте арендовать не получится, несмотря на то, что есть реклама рыбалки на сайте отеля, через дорогу от отеля есть лес с возможностью собирать лесную малину, чернику и землянику, в 30 минутах ходьбы от отеля или 3 остановки на автобусе есть отличный стейк хаус с нормальными ценами, большое меню, рекомендуем, обедали там. Работает Болт, особенно в Риге, у отеля не всегда есть доступные водители, но автобус ходит каждые 20 минут

Cons:

не очень удобные подушки, но матрас отличный, центральный кондиционер работал не очень сильно, было немного душно, желательно снизить температуру до 22

Not equipped to the four star standard one would expect
Pros:

To their credit, the air conditioning was effective and quiet, and the breakfast was very good. The landscaping and gardens are beautiful, offering a nice view of Lake Baltezers. However, be aware that the 'public beach' is accessible to anyone, as it allows outsiders to walk directly through the hotel property.

Cons:

While this hotel is marketed as a four-star property, the reality of the stay is closer to a two-star experience. The facilities are antiquated and do not meet modern standards. The room features outdated electrical outlets, making it impossible to charge today’s devices, and there are no USB ports available. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi setup via the television is unnecessarily complicated and failed to connect entirely.
My attempt to contact the hotel prior to check-in was equally frustrating; I was repeatedly told all operators were busy, despite there being only one person working the reception desk.
The room quality also falls short of four-star expectations. The bathroom is outdated, the shower lacked cleanliness, and amenities were minimal—lacking even hair conditioner. The hair dryer was so underpowered it was effectively useless.

Cons:

TV was not working at all and reception has left by that time, no help.... next morning, when we reported, that tv was not working, receptionist just sayed -> that happens some times. And that is all. 🤷 We left.

Harmillista että lähistöllä ei ole muita ravintoloita kuin hotellin oma, joka on täysin ylihinnoiteltu. Meitä palvelu kohtelias nuori mies, mutta valitettavasti ruoka ei ollut hintansa väärti.

Ļoti izcils atpūta Prezidenta apartamentos!
Pros:

Izmantojām Prezidenta apartamentus - tie ir izcili ar savu plašumu, ar komfortablo terasi, saunu un džakuzi - izbaudījām ļoti! Kā arī Go 3 iespēja - noskatījāmies filmu, kura kādu laiku bija mūsu vēlmju sarakstā.
