Comfortable, had everything we needed and would stay again.
Pros:

Staff were super helpful and allowed us to leave the car in carpark after checkout. Room had everything we need as we were staying for a couple of days, supermarket close by which was handy.

Cons:

Floors were a little dirty in spots, ensure the room is clean.

Cons:

The fact they take a $200 ‘hold’ and didn’t give it back and I ended up giving up on getting my money back. Disappointing. They didn’t try rectify by compensating either.

Really enjoyable apartment stay and would definitely go back
Pros:

Slightly older building with very spacious areas. We had 2 bed 2 bath and both bedrooms and living area had brilliant views over Melbourne (on 20th floor) Didn't expect it to be so large. Everything worked well and all staff really helpful and friendly. Great IGA next door for supplies. Was right at the top of town which suited us for this trip, might be a bit of a walk for some, but tram stop very close.

Cons:

Air Conditioning was only in the living area, and it was January and very hot. So we basically left it on all day and night to allow apartment to stay cool, which worked. No flyscreens either and mosquitoes around at night. Most of the year it wouldn't be a problem. Didn't spoil things for us either
