Pros:

Property itself was beautiful. Lovlypart of Thailand but the weather was bad so no boats was running an had to cross the mountain to get to the hotel an it was some wild 4x4 to cross the mountain

They didn’t specify that you can access to the hotel by boat or 4x4 truck so when I got there nobody wanted to take me to the hotel just me, they charged way to much and I had to wait for more people to come to this side of the island, it was very complicated to get there, if you are coming to the full moon party I don’t recommend here is not convenient at all for the party.

This was my 3rd time at Pariya. The last 2 years, I booked for 5 nights but only stayed for 3 because they turned off the electricity at night. So, I left early.

This trip, I stayed in a different area but missed Haad Yuan, so I visited Pariya on my last night. I was impressed by the improvements.

When I found out they now run the generator all night, I told the receptionist I wish I had known earlier.

Next year, I'll spend my whole trip at Pariya Haad Yuan.

Thanks to all the staff for helping with my heavy luggage!

Wow, what an adventure! I arrived by longtail boat then back by road :), this was the most fun and adventure part! first I was a bit worried when i booked as was informed about the electricity schedule, but once I got there, I couldn't help but fall in love with the place. The peace and calm, the breeze, and the stunning beach, this is my paradise :) :) could've snoozed away the whole day on the beach or lounging by the pool. Unfortunetly, I missed the sunrise as one of the staff told me it is very beautiful, I will come back for sure, special thanks to the bartender and the very skillful driver, can not remember his name :)

Hard to reach location makes stay impossible
Pros:

Think twice about booking here. You must take a small boat from Hadrin Beach to get here or a car ride that costs more each way than the room costs. On our stay the sea was too rough for the boats to go there and I wasn't going to spend more on cabs than the room. So had to book at a different, much more convenient place on the island and just lose my money for the room here. No refunds offered, probably because they know this is an issue.

Best beach in Ko Pangan
Pros:

The resort has seen better days and could use a lot of TLC from the owners. The surroundings are naturally beautiful, lush and fronted by a beautiful beach. The best one for me in Ko Pangan. Hopefully the owners do something about their incredible property.
We loved the service of Susu (sp?) and Ong who took excellent care of our meals and drinks while we relaxed on the beach area. They truly made our visit very memorable.
The breakfast that came with our room was ample and the ala carte menu although good, needed extra love as well. The neighboring resorts have better options for the same price.

My worst hotell experience ever. Dirty room, horrible dirty bathroom. Had to clean the bathtub myself for 30 minutes. No hot water even complained first day. Stains on bed sheet, dead and alive bugs in bed. Rude staff, dirty towels. Very expensive. I want my money back

This property was beautiful and on its own secluded beach, which was perfect for a couples holiday. The staff were amazing and the room was perfect. We went to the full moon party while we stayed here and we had to get there via taxi boat, which don’t run early in the morning so if you’re hoping to visit full moon while out here then stay on Haad Rin. If you’re wanting a beautiful get away, definitely stay here.

Located in haad Yuan, it's one of the most beautiful beaches on koh phangan. Lovely rooms, pool was amazing. Close to guys bar and Eden for some party nights. Only downside is the trek up the hill, it was 88 steps to my room which was brutal at times. But worth it to be up amongst the trees and birds

To be really honest, I’ve stayed at pariya a few times over the years, they have changed hands about 3 times. Initially the service was amazing, super friendly, the hotel ground were super clean and cheerful. This time however I was completely shocked, everything looked so run down and unclean, no room service anymore, rude service, nothing worked properly. They did however upgrade my room BUT value for money I would never stay here again. It’s such a shame but it’s just NOT worth the money.
