Pros:

Bathroom water was stagnant. After shower puddle of water in the shower. Towels were dirty. Not worth the money.
Restaurant staff untrained.

Pros:

Excellent location, right on the RFC property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As movies are shot at RFC keep your eyes open, you might see a film star!

I had a comfortable stay with family. The room was good but the double bed was smaller. Staff was helpful and service good. Good option for Ramoji Film City visitors.

Worst hotel for holidays / vocations
Pros:

Never...Never...Never...I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The service is pathetic, recreation is limited to chess and carom board (basketball and other games are chargeable). No buffet lunch or dinner due to low guest. No entertainment / facilities for kids. Customer service is disgusting (manager is unreasonable and unkind). Never , ever go to this hotel. If you still want to go , god bless you.

Good resort to stay but expensive
Pros:

Peaceful location. Courteous staff. Restaurant service is slow even though the crowd is less. Complimentary grape juice serving and its taste is great. Was able to see a few movie stars. Bath room bathtub linings can be retouched to keep up the luxury hotel status. Overall we felt good but the price is expensive for a common man to bear.
