Pros:

Le garage en sous-sol pour nos motos avec l’ascenseur à niveau pour transporter les bagages. L’amabilité du personnel. La literie de qualité. Le petit-déjeuner varié.

Cons:

Nous n’avions pas une chambre rénovée, néanmoins tout était propre et fonctionnel.

Das Badezimmer ist geräumig, schön und sehr sauber. Alle sind sehr freundlich und ich durfte sogar 1h später auschecken. Grazie mille ancora!!

Cons:

Mein Zimmer Nr. 108 ist etwas zu dunkel für mich. Das nächste Mal frage ich nach einem Zimmer in Richtung Villa Crespi.

der Kaffee könnte für italienische Verhältnisse besser sein
das frühstück war grundsätzlich gut aber ein Toaster um das Brot zu tosten wäre toll gewesen
mit liebe zubereitete Kleinigkeiten wie gebratene Zucchini Rührei Tomate Mozzarella etc.
Daniela und das Personal immer parat wenn man Fragen hatte
tolle Bereitstellung von Getränken Wasser immer for free auch ein Wasserkocher waren toll
Handtuchwechsel wenn gewünscht war toll

mehr Haken im Badezimmer und im Zimmer zum Sachen aufhängen
Ablagefläche im Badezimmer wie ein kleiner Tisch oder Hocker wäre toll
festere Matratze und ein etwas höheres Bett wären von Vorteil
die Kopfkissen waren zu dick ansonsten wars sehr gut

Nicht nochmal, Preis/Leistungsverhätnis unangemessen. Das einzig gute war die Nähe zum See.

Rezeption kaum besetzt. Zugang zum Zimmer oft nur über die Tiefgarage.Klimaanlagensteuerung nur über die Rezeption. Keine Haken im Bad, keine Möglichkeit die nassen Badeklamotten zu trocknen.
Keinerlei Deko, kahle Wände.
