Pros:

🔶 Hotel e camera - siamo una coppia con una bambina di 19 mesi ed abbiamo soggiornato una notte usufruendo di una camera tripla, l'hotel è un moderno 3 stelle con camere anch' esse moderne e funzionali.
🔶 Posizione - strategica perché non esattamente nel centro di Orta (che porterebbe problemi negli spostamenti in macchina essendo tutta zona pedonale) ma all' inizio della strada che porta direttamente al centro costeggiando il lago.
In più i parcheggi si trovano tutti all'estero del centro storico.
🔶 Personale - professionale e pronto ad aiutarti in ogni momento.
🔶 Servizi - colazione abbondante (sia salta che dolce) con prodotti freschi, parcheggio all'interno dell' hotel (che nei momenti di alta stagione è molto importante) e bottigliette d'acqua gratis (prima volta che lo vedo in un 3 stelle) all' entrata che porta dal garage all' hotel e viceversa. (Non da sottovalutare nelle giornate calde)
Siamo rimasti soddisfatti, consigliato.

Trasandato
Pros:

Comodo per raggiungere il centro del paese, dotato di parcheggio coperto custodito. Bagno caldo e spazioso, in generale buona la pulizia.

Cons:

Il materasso e il cuscino sono scomodissimi: il primo completamente sfondato, il cuscino altissimo..morale della favola la mattina ti svegli a pezzi.
L'arredamento forse inizialmente poteva essere considerato di "design", negli anni essendo stato lasciato completamente andare risulta trasandato.
Sala della colazione fredda e colazione pessima, con pochissima scelta.
Considerato il prezzo non ci tornerei.
