Expedia told us there would be a sofa bed in the room and when we got here they told us there wasn’t one

Ok if your trip is for nrg stadium evente and want a affordable hotel this is your hotel .. so close .. walkable… goos food options around.. No breakfast.. just coffe and bread if you wake up earely 😁

There were bugs in the room. Hospitality was not that good.

Did not got to the pool. Didnt feel safe to be out at dark for anything. The rooms were not updated said theres new owns and about to start renovation on it. Couch beds sucked/broken had to upgrade $. Had to hand flash cause the floater disnt work and seat loose. All furniture nasty and old. Had to change rooms once and didnt feel like it again. Staff are nice. But the advertisement lied. No breakfast but oat meal. And all i smell is weed. Get place for druggies but not familys or a business trip. Oh has a kitchen in there but nothing for you to use.

Overall very poor maintenance. I was there 6 nights. The advertized gym was closed out of service every single day. The breakfast was only coffee and small muffins, from 0600 to 0900, you could not get a cup of coffee out of these hours. And the last day? Nothing. “We did not get supplies”. A gentleman at the reception desk explained the situation by “I’m not responsible for the supplies”…and suggested “why don’t you go and have a free breakfast at the holiday inn across the street”..”they all do it”.
Pitiful management. Obviously , did not offer any kind of compensation. Won’t be back.

Bath had no shower head mounted light over shower/tub not working ,leaking faucet in bathroom no sttopper for tub.outlets did not hold plugs No grab and go breakfast because it wasn't ordered on time.

It was just ok. Very pet friendly and by the standards of Extended Stay America, these were just BARELY there. One thing I did take a bit of an issue with were that there were some street people hanging around asking for cigerettes and one even asked if we could get him a room. It seemed like the hotel staff just allowed them to loiter around the lobby and the property in the evening and that was a bit sketchy. The breakfast is instant coffee and muffins. It is passable. The room was fine but a little improvement and slight investment could go a very long way. Again, not bad but there are a few little things like the no loitering in the lobby that could make this place a little bit more appealing.

Save your money, don’t stay here. The website states it serves breakfast but it does not. The hotel is old and not updated and smelled like marijuana. The worse part is I woke up with several bites on my legs, that really resembled bed bug bites.

It was ok not an excellent experience. Not very friendly, supposed to be non smoking but seems like everyone was smoking inside of the rooms. Fire alarm went on and off for two hours straight, not sure if they were working on it. Great area that has a lot of convenient places walking distance.

Ok if you close your eyes, plug your nose and fall asleep quick. People are sleeping in the lobby multiple nights, room was discussing and smelled. Dead roaches, long black hair everywhere. This place needs some help

They were out of coffee and breakfast. When asked the front desk about it, they tried to blame it on the flooding. They were out before the flooding hit. Asked for coffee maker but was told they dont provide the filters for the coffee maker.
Lights did not work properly in the room, found roaches in the bathroom and the pool was not properly cleaned. I would not recommend this location. Stay someplace else.
