Was there to visit a very ill relative, location was very convenient for this purpose.
Pros:

Close to hospital

It was a good property. Complimentary ear plugs would be a good addition.

Comfortable stay in Thunder Bay
Pros:

Property in a good location as passing through Thunder Bay one night. Had 2 queen beds that very comfortable . Had desk with chair and another chair to sit in. Lots of outlets to use including for USB C . Had fridge. No microwave but could go use one in breakfast area which we did in the evening.
I asked for room on 1st floor and they did give us one.
Breakfast was quite good, had breakfast patty, sausages, eggs, lot bread options, pancake maker.
I would definitely return if staying in Thunder Bay again

Fantastic option for parents getting kid settled at Lakehead.
Pros:

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Location was perfect for us (close to Lakehead U, shopping, restaurants). Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The one laundry machine was often busy.

Comfortable and clean.
Pros:

Good location for travel. Very comfy beds, clean, breakfast good. Lady in the breakfast area was excellent. Friendly and kept area clean and stocked.

Cons:

TV was out just after we arrived. Front desk said they couldn’t get anyone in to fix. It was smokey from fires so the news would have been nice to watch.
