Sono stato benissimo. La struttura fronte mare meravigliosa. Il personale, tutto, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Ottima la pulizia, generosa la colazione (dolce e salato), confortevolissime le stanze. Una terrazza attrezzatissima per leggere, fare sport, meditare, rilassarsi. Ci tornerò assolutamente, mi sono sentito a casa. Grazie

Ich reise sehr viel und habe schon viele 4-Sterne-Hotels erlebt – aber das Grand Hotel Mediterraneo ist leider keines davon. Realistisch betrachtet entspricht es eher einem 2-Sterne-Haus mit erheblichem Renovierungsstau und einem Standard, der weit unter dem liegt, was man bei dieser Kategorie erwarten darf.

Das Gebäude wirkt insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen – optisch eher wie ein altes Kloster oder Internat. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist stark veraltet, Möbel sind abgewohnt, teilweise beschädigt, und das Badezimmer zeigt deutliche Rostspuren an Armaturen und Halterungen. Wände und Decken weisen Risse auf, und der generelle Pflegezustand des Hauses lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Ein weiterer negativer Punkt: Wir hatten im Vorfeld per E-Mail ausdrücklich nach einem gluten- und laktosefreien Frühstück gefragt – und dies wurde uns auch bestätigt. Vor Ort hieß es dann jedoch beim ersten Frühstück lediglich: „Das müssen Sie vorher sagen, heute geht das nicht mehr.“ – für mich absolut inakzeptabel, gerade wenn man sich auf eine schriftliche Zusage verlässt.

Auch in den öffentlichen Bereichen zeigt sich das gleiche Bild: überall Staub, Flecken und abgenutzte Oberflächen. Der Pool, der in den Hotelbildern groß beworben wird, gehört nicht zum Hotel – es handelt sich um das örtliche Schwimmbad, das gegen Gebühr genutzt werden kann und nicht direkt am Hotel liegt.

Fazit: Dieses Haus ist kein echtes 4-Sterne-Hotel, sondern wirkt wie ein in die Jahre gekommenes 2-Sterne-Objekt mit erheblichem Sanierungsbedarf. Sehr enttäuschend – insbesondere im Vergleich zum Preisniveau und der Beschreibung online. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Würde wieder buchen, einfach aber gut

Cons:

In die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung aus heutiger Sicht sehr einfach aber gepflegt. Nicht mit modernen vier Sterne zu vergleichen.

Pros:

A localização é perfeita. É um hotel antigo mas bem confortável. A vista dos quartos da frente é maravilhosa. Café da manhã completo e funcionários muito prestativos.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sicher etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es liegt halt traumhaft i erhalb des Meeres.
Nicht akzeptabel sind allerdings die mangelhafte Kühlleistung der Klimaanlage und das instabile und extrem langsame WiFi.
