Cons:

No carpeting in the room. Room had newer flooring but should have put in carpeting instead of plank flooring. Made the room seem not so inviting and warm.

Pros:

It was very quite. I received a phone call checking to see if I lost a ring in our room. We hadn't. I thought that was outstanding service. Ring was found by next guest. Hopefully they find the owner.

Ok except for the bed
Pros:

The shower was amazing - a lot of water pressure

Cons:

The bed was hard! Neither of us slept well, kept waking up with an aching back…. Made for a miserable night and a very achy morning
I know some people like a hard bed - maybe offer both soft and hard beds?

good location, acceptable rooms and facilities, but a bit overpriced for what it is.
Pros:

Breakfast: The pastries were stale. I seem to remember in the past this location had a waffle iron, but there was no waffle iron for breakfast during our stay. The potatoes were only slightly warm.

Staff at check in had trouble understanding that I had booked two rooms under one reservation and I had to go through the check in process twice.

Cons:

The room I was in was extremely hot and dry. It was next to the hotel laundry and front desk, so it was somewhat noisy. It was a bit shabby. Rooms on the upper floor where some family members were staying were much more updated and clean.
