Pros:

Hot tub/pool had high chlorine that your eyes burned, other people who didnt even swim. Service, food, cleanliness was good otherwise.

Booked through a third party. There was a booking issue had to contact them to change dates due to system malfucntion.Used the ai services which made things worse. Called hotel they fixed it. Called back the next day to confirm and make sure we had no more issues to be told they could not touch the resrvation and that i needed to contact third party customer service to get an automative service that eneded up sending me in a full circle to the ai services agian which was not helpful. Contacted hotel agian to get a diffrent number and finally got ahold of a real person. Finally got dates fixed through them to find out they told the hotel a completely diffrent date and payment amount. And had to start all over agian. Finally got confirmation 3 days later. Drove several hours away from home arrived at our hotel to have to wait over an hour to get booked because their system didnt want to take our payment. Yet third party booking charged a pending fee immediately after booking. And they did not want to fix any of it. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and frustrated with the whole ordeal. Altho once i had given her the run down of our experience her whole attitude changed and we eventually got it figured out. Did not make a great first time experience. Do not recommend doing reservations online and i will stick to the old fashion way of doing it my self.

Absolute shambles of management. Booked in for two week stay, room given away after 1 day, came back unable to get into room with our stuff in it. They put a hold on the credit card for the full amount maxing out balance. We paid the full amount on travel card and then charged again on credit card. Response from hotel is that they can only see one charge at their end and nothing they can do, NO help at all. Have disputed transaction. Two week stay it is not a small amount of money!

My father, along with my younger brother and son, stayed here for a weekend while visiting family. For the most part, the stay was pleasant—until the third night. Around 11:30 PM, I woke up to use the bathroom and discovered a bed bug crawling on the bedspread. To say I was horrified is an understatement. I immediately contacted the front desk, and to their credit, the night clerk, Deontez, responded quickly and professionally. They arranged for a new room without hesitation and even personally inspected it before we moved. We were relocated from Room 305 to Room 312. Had it not been so late—and had I not been traveling with two children—I would have packed up and made the six-hour drive home then and there. After settling into the new room, I looked through older reviews and was disappointed to find previous reports of bed bugs, something I hadn’t noticed before booking. I typically research thoroughly, but this location’s high rating and my positive history with IHG properties led me to book without second-guessing. Unfortunately, I now regret that decision.Not only did we have to wake and move two sleeping children in the middle of the night, but we also have to take extra precautions at home to ensure no bugs made it into our luggage. Plus the painful bites. It’s an incredibly frustrating situation.

I was contacted by management and offered 50,000 points IF I joined their rewards program, which is equivalent to about a two night stay at any IHG property. It varies depending on the price of the room you book. To me, that does not even begin to cover the potential damage. The manager that called was suppose to e-mail me details about that offer, I never received anything. Thankfully, I was able to get a credit through the third party we booked with for future bookings with their website for the entire purchase amount minus taxes. If you plan to stay here, proceed with caution—be sure to inspect your room thoroughly, especially the mattresses, box springs, and any furniture.

Front desk Staff was excellent and very helpful. Great breakfast. Housekeeping staff was very pleasant, and was always on the job. However, some issues of housekeeping weaknesses were evident as stains on sheets and spots on carpets. Overall room was very comfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The only issue was the room darkening blinds for our room were broken and couldn't be lowered, so the very bright lights from the neighboring car dealership shined in as we tried to fall asleep. We didn't realize this until we were headed to bed around midnight so we didn't call the front desk because we didn't want a room change at that hour.
