Bait and switch
Pros:

I am traveling on business booked a King room with corporate travel. When I checked in and went to room noticed I was in room with Queen double beds that are low and room is for hearing impaired. When I called front desk manager told me they over booked king rooms and gave my room someone with higher status. If you do not have status you will be treated as such. This is the second time in seven days this has happened.

very disappointed
Cons:

not allow the kids to run all over and take over the bar area. We wanted to a beverage and relax and it was full of loud kids running every where, up; and down the hall. You could hear them all the way to the 3rd floor.

Basic Updated Courtyard
Pros:

This Courtyard is std. Front desk was ok. No greeting, no acknowledgement of Bonvoy status. No other guests when I checked in. Not sure why they asked for my business name when I checked in - booked through the Bonvoy app. I asked for a higher floor with extra pillows. I got a hands-capable room on 1st floor. No added pillows

It was next to a pool and I heard the whirring of the pump all night.

The bed comfy and the room clean. Somewhat updated. Coffee in room. It has a microwave and fridge.

Enhanced internet nothing special.

Parking easy. Great location with lots of restaurants in walking distance.

Did not try the bistro.

Pros:

We were staying with other wedding guests. Location is close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Pool was nice. Room spacious and clean.

Nice place but just needs a little attention
Pros:

Should spray for the spiders outside on the west side windows and outside the patio door rooms
Down by the entrances there was big spiders that shouldn’t be like that
