We liked the location, staff friendliness, and smile ,comfortable room. Ice mashine at reception!

Carpet was dirty inside the room in front of the door. Hanging cable on the siling next to the lamp.Lights were very dimed next to bed. Mold in sower corners. Breakfast was good at first day, second day was exactly the same for Easter! Although it was complementary a bit of touch needed. eg. boild eggs, potched eggs, salads, cucumber, etc a bit Eastery as there were lots of family in! Parking should be mentioned that after 20 mins, you have to register for free parking!

Pros:

Very good value for money. Room was clean and comfortable. Ideal situation for our stay .

Cons:

Only down side was that the restaurant was shut but the staff pointed us to somewhere to eat near by.

The hairdryer in the room was poor and there was no plug near a mirror so the we could use our own..

Overall good, but as this hotel location is away from Centre of Redditch, Food menu could be better.
Pros:

Staff, very attentive and friendly

Cons:

Evening Food menu very limited and Fish is a Frozen product, not very tasty!!

Breakfast hot food is not kept heated correctly in servers, Sausages are not fully cooked (Browned)
Orange Concentrate juice is awefull.
