Pros:

Staff were polite and friendly, food was ok. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Stayed on the 1st floor. Came out for breakfast in the morning and could smell strong cigarette smoke across the landing. Reported to reception and she said they were aware, house keeping had sprayed air freshener and tried to locate the room. I believe more could and should have been done.

great value
Pros:

very convenient for theatre, great price, great for a night's stay.

Cons:

pillows were a bit hard. Mirror needed to do hair and make up, not have to sit on floor to do it by door mirror.

Warm, clean, comfortable.
Pros:

In a great location for where i needed to be. Bar was open late so after my show i could have a drink.
Breakfast was ok but nothing special, there was plenty of it though.

Cons:

I do wish that when logging your car in at reception some firm of written notification was given as proof.
