Easy to find and the staff were welcoming on arrival.
The room and bathroom were both spotless and a good size. There was even a welcome note from the cleaning lady. There was no problem with changing towels or getting more tea/coffee supplies.
Staff are friendly and helpful. We left an item behind and Sharon very kindly packaged it up for the courier to collect. She even advised me which courier to contact.
The free breakfast includes the full range of cereals, bread and pastries, fruit, etc as well as a full buffet of cooked items. If you don't have the time for a sit down breakfast, they provide to-go cups and containers for your breakfast bap and coffee once you've made it.
There is also an ice machine in the lobby - they are rather large chunks but great if you have the right sized bottle.
It's only a short walk into town where there are many restaurants, bars and takeaways. We ate at the Nouka Indian restaurant (delicious food, nicely served and a very decorative interior), the Wetherspoons pub and also Chinese from the Parks Takeaway - all great prices and good food.
The railway is also very close by.
They have a limited dinner menu which we didn't really like - hence the trips into town where we found much nicer and cheaper options as stated above.
Easy check in, we got there late on the night but the staff made it easy, good location from the town centre, breakfast was included and was really tasty.
for a family room it wasn't very spacious. Also there was 4 in the room but only 2 towels and enough tea and coffee for 2 people.
The receptionist was good, Izabela, although the hotel was horrible. We were able to cancel one our rooms, and get a refund, and that is commendable.
Dirty, filthy, and cannabis smell in the hallway, blue junkie lights in the bathrooms, hairs in the bed, the carpets need immediate ripout as the are so disgusting. We left.
The Beds are very comfortable.
The Air Conditioning unit was non existent.....did not go below 19, so room was not cool, very disappointed 😑 😢 couldn't have window open, as noise from carpark etc. Thought the grout in the shower could do with cleaning, but other then that , all good 👍

Great Room, comfortable, even a small sofa to sit on, liked the blue night light in Bathroom. Receptionist very bubbly & chatty upon arrival. Nicer Room than some other certain big chain Hotels. Would stay again.
Only thing was some cooked Breakfast items could have done with being hotter.

Bed was ok not the most comfortable but definitely not the worst I've slept on.
Check in was very slow and staff were very disorganised. One member of staff started to check me in but actually didn't and then told another member of staff to do it and I had to go through my details 3 times before they eventually found my booking! The room had a very stale smoke smell to it and mould around the shower and a loose tile underfoot in the bathroom. The carpet was very tired.
I had a dog with me and we were put in a room just through the corridor doors so everyone that walked through banging the doors put him on high alert. You sign to say you'll keep the dog quiet in the rooms. It would help if they didn't put you in the noisiest room in the corridor!
Good location for an overnight stay on a long trip. Easy access to motorway. Quiet and comfortable.
Decor was in need of a refresh. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. We were there 45 minutes before the end but many options were running low or out and weren’t refilled.
