Great budget hotel
Pros:

Comfortable bed and bedding. Iron in room. Nice smell toiletries. Parsley soap 😁
Plenty of breakfast options. Free parking. Quiet but central location. Clean - thank you Scarlett.
This budget a hotel which offers all we need.
Can open window a little and set temperature in room to cool.

Cons:

Tea and coffee in room, but we bring our own so not an issue.
Poor lighting for doing makeup/hair. no plug by mirror or mirror by plugs to sit and do hair

Cons:

We had dinner later on the second night of staying at redditch Holiday Inn, it was just before the new year of 2026, and the young reception girl, the hotel had run out of most of its nice menu food items unfortunately for us that lady night of stay, and what we did have, was macaroni cheese and lasnge and it was rubbish, we should of asked for our money back!!!!!
The macaroni cheese had been way, overcooked in a microwave and my brothers was horrible, rubbish as well!!!!
Be very care eating dinner here folks OK pls!!!!
The two nights we stayed we unfortunately didn't try the hotel free breakfast at all, which is very unusual for us both OK!!
Hope this helps everybody in future.

Perfect location for our needs very comfy bed and great value
Pros:

Great selection of both hot and cold food the sausages weren’t very nice and the scrambled egg was tasteless . The room was very clean with a very comfy bed and the hotel had lots of parking and extremely good value for money and right next to the railway station which was great for us wanting to travel into Birmingham to watch the strictly tour so perfect location

The hot breakfast could have been better quality

Pros:

Very convenient to the town, shopping centre and train station. On the quieter side of Redditch town so easy to drive around if you need. The included breakfast selection is good.

Cons:

Some of the breakfast items were dried out, the scrambled egg was almost crusty where it had been hanging around a while.

Good value for money
Pros:

Easy layout, easy to find and plenty of parking. Room comfortable nice bathroom with a large shower
