Le parking à proximité

Cons:

C’est un hôtel que je fréquente depuis plus de 15 ans. Je l’ai vu évoluer au fil du temps, malheureusement pas dans le bon sens.

Cette fois-ci, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée et le tapis dans la chambre sentait fortement l’urine, ce qui était vraiment désagréable.

Concernant le personnel, les échanges ont été très limités : à peine un bonjour ou un au revoir. De plus, notre chambre n’a pas été faite pendant notre séjour. La deuxième nuit, nous avons retrouvé les serviettes humides de la veille, la poubelle pleine et il ne restait presque plus de papier toilette.

Pour une nuit, cela peut éventuellement passer, mais pas pour un séjour de plusieurs nuits. Il n’y a même pas eu un simple passage dans la chambre pour vérifier si tout allait bien. Nous avons croisé la femme de ménage qui, malgré notre bonjour, nous a regardés sans répondre.

C’est vraiment dommage, car c’était autrefois un établissement agréable.

D’autant plus que ce séjour représente un certain budget et que l’on s’attend au minimum à un service et une propreté à la hauteur.

Malheureusement, l’expérience devient de plus en plus négative.

Redditch Holiday Inn Express Pleasant Hotel
Pros:

Reception staff and housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean, but carpets need renewing. .

Cons:

Cooked Breakfast tasty, but prefer a choice of eggs , also tomatoes need longer cooking, but these are personal preferences

Have been here many times now .
No complaints.
Excellent friendly staff
All good.
This is our go to place when wanting to visit Redditch.
Good value and had money in wallet as reward.
So brilliant as always.

Very good value.
Pros:

Value for money was excellent - probably because I booked out of season. Good location for Redditch station. Didn’t look in on the kingfisher shopping centre but handy for that too. Palace Theatre nearby.

Cons:

Yogurt needs to be covered as people lean across it potentially dropping stuff in it, coughing, sneezing into it - put out individual square pots of natural yoghurt. Sausages were very low grade and bacon was over cooked. Better lighting in room needed, some good direct lighting for reading, but overall quite dark. Not a complaint about the hotel - but not many good pubs or restaurants in center of Redditch.

It was OK for one night, the location is ideal

Cons:

The light above the headboard and the desk lamp did not work. The double bed was too narrow for us (we are average size), we had expected at least a large double for comfort at the price of the hotel. We also had a sofa bed in our room (which we hadn't requested) so saw that as a bonus as one of use could sleep on it however when I went to pull it out it was very dirty so we could not use it. There was construction work in the car park, we were not given any warning about the noise that started at 8am (car park being smashed up, it was VERY LOUD), we would have appreciated being given the opportunity to know about the noise and a room facing away from the car park as we did not need to get up as early as 8am.
