Requested bottle of water at check in ( bottles were on counter) , however the desk clerk said it was only available to members but all others had to purchase water! Poor customer service.
Room was clean. Hallway has trash bags which need pick up by housekeeping

We were there for a night catching a plane early. The room was nice and mostly clean. They forgot to check behind the bathroom door since there was a towel hanging up but everything else looked clean. Quiet and staff was friendly

Bed had a bad spot and slept bad. They were supposed to have it fully stocked with kitchen supplies and was missing half the supplies no forks no pan. Ironing board was broken.

Very happy with our stay here. Staff was great and the room had nice amenities. Loved the lending locker where you can borrow games, books, juicers, etc. Hotel was in a very convenient location with lots of dining options nearby. Highly recommend checking out Doro Marketplace down the street. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Room was very clean and full kitchen was very nice with coffeemaker! Wish they did have a free breakfast morning offer..had to go grocery shopping 🙁 it is right near airport, convenient, but jet planes do take off early am ..if you don’t mind them waking you up.
