Great experience and looking forward to future stays.
Pros:

The desk staff was outstanding! They were not only very professional but friendly and helpful as well. The team at this facility to include the folks handling breakfast were all wonderful.

Cons:

The price of bottled was very pricey. Needed a new ironing board cover.

Considering that we paid about $200 per night, this hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star as claimed. I will also refrain fro
Pros:

Good central location in Goodyear. Parking was easy. Bath towels were excellent.

Cons:

Carpeting in our room was virtually transparent and not inviting. Lighting was inadequate. Toilet paper very thin. Sofa was too low and difficult and sit in comfortably, especially for seniors like us. Breakfast was a huge disappointment-rubbery overcooked fried eggs and unappetizing sausage circles and sausages. With one exception, the front desk person was not welcoming and was quite curt.

It was okay
Pros:

Very comfortable and nice place nearby everything

Cons:

The bathroom shower was not a tub or a shower with the open and close doors only a chair to sit on it when taking a shower so when we took shower all the floor got wet and we have to clean with the clean and dry towels

Quite Satisfied Staying At This Hotel, Will Definitely Stay Here Once Again!
Pros:

The staff (front desk/housekeeping) were quite friendly and helpful. They assisted us in every way possible to make our stay as comfortable as can be. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety of food items to choose from. The room was very clean and spacious which is always a plus. Housekeeping was always available when needed. My fiancé and I honestly enjoyed our 3 nights at this hotel.

Cons:

The staff who were at the continental breakfast should be a bit more attentive and not be rude.

Breakfast. The only cooked egg option was a cheese omelet. The cheese was gross.
