We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable rooms, staff was excellent. Located close to Goodyear Ballpark and other amenities.

Comfort Suites perfect for us
Pros:

It was a bucket list trip for my husband and myself to go to Reds Spring training and enjoy some sightseeing around Arizona. We had a great stay and needed a handicapped accessible room It was perfect for us. We enjoyed our stay with very professional desk people to assist us.

Close to Goodyear Ball Park
Pros:

We had a spacious suite. This property is within 5 minutes of the ballpark and easy walking distance to a number of restaurants. Very convenient. Staff VERY helpful. Breakfast area well stocked and clean.

Cons:

I was awakened around midnight on the second night of my stay by the desk clerk who told me I was not supposed to be in the room! She said I was only checked in for 1 night. I told her that I was reserved for 3 nights and we could deal with the issue in the morning. She refused and required me to get dressed and go down to the front desk. I complied reluctantly. At the front desk I showed her my reservation but she told me to wait while she booked in another guest who was booked for my room. Finally she told me that I had not been checked in and my reservation was cancelled. Then she found the checkin error. I was then allowed to return to my room! I certainly was not treated as a valued guest like their policy states.

Stille og rolig beliggenhet litt utenfor Phoenix sentrum, men det aller meste av butikker du trengte, lå like ved. Rommet var stort, dusjen var grei, senger og sengeklær var behagelig, og en aircondition som holdt temperaturen på et nivå som gjorde at vi sov godt.

Super Friendly Staff
Pros:

The staff at Comfort Suites Goodyear-West Phoenix were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself can be a little difficult to find, especially at night. It sits behind several buildings off N. Estrella Parkway, surrounded by strip-mall restaurants, fast food, a car wash, and other small businesses. There is plenty of free parking.
We booked a king-bed executive suite with a kitchenette, separate living room area, and small balcony. The room was spacious and very clean, although the lighting was somewhat dim and could have been brighter. The kitchenette would have been more useful if it included basic kitchen supplies. The only items provided were paper towels and a few packets of disposable cutlery.
I also wish the shower had body wash available along with the shampoo and conditioner dispensers, or perhaps an all-in-one product. We did appreciate the generous number of towels in the room.
One thing to note: housekeeping service appears to be provided only upon request.

Convenient and Reliable Stay
Pros:

This is the second time we've stayed here visiting relatives because we can count on it for being convenient and comfortable. Staff are super friendly and accommodating; breakfasts are varied and good; the workout room is great. It's also very close to great restaurants so it's nice to have a refrigerator and microwave for take-out food. We'll return.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. The facility is lovely, beds comfortable, nice public areas for visiting with friends, and excellent breakfast. The. Staff was very pleasant, kind, efficient, and friendly. The breakfast lady Kathy was outstanding, most competent, and friendly. The evening front desk clerk was excellent.
Lighting in the rooms could have been brighter.

Our booking was last minute but we felt we received great value for the price.
Pros:

What we enjoyed was how spacious the room was and the cleanliness. Our room was well worth the price considering that we booked last minute.

Cons:

We only stayed one night, so the only minor complaint I could have is that most of the breakfast food was gone by the time we went, which was around 8am.
