Mi experiencia en el Holiday Inn Mexico City Reforma fue muy mala, principalmente por el trato del personal.

Hicimos una reserva con un mes de anticipación, solicitando habitaciones con dos camas, pero al llegar nos asignaron cuartos con una sola cama, ignorando completamente lo especificado en la reserva.

Lo peor fue la actitud de la persona en recepción: grosera, prepotente y cero profesional. En lugar de ayudarnos a resolver el problema, amenazó con cancelar la reserva si seguíamos insistiendo en que se respetara lo que habíamos solicitado.

Un servicio muy decepcionante y muy lejos de lo que se espera de un hotel de esta cadena.

El personal es excelente y la ubicación buenísimo , la chica del desayuno María es excelente, amable y se toma el tiempo de saludar a todos y explicarles los platos sobre todo por el picante y el señor que ayuda limpiando un caballero de la tercera edad … realmente encantador
