Awsome, would definitely come again.
Pros:

The breakfast was really good, it provided various hot and cold options and it included everything I needed, it was tasty and fresh. Service was super helpful and nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and tourism. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the city from the 10th floor.

very well located, breakfast was good, the room was clean.

Good location and breakfast.
Pros:

The restaurant staff, especially Jorge and the hostess, were wonderful. Guadalupe, who cleaned our room, also did an excellent job. Everyone we interacted with outside of reception was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome.

Unfortunately, our experience with most of the reception staff was very different. The gentleman who checked us in seemed to be in a bad mood and came across as unfriendly from the start. On another occasion, I went to reception because my room key wasn't working. Instead of helping politely, another receptionist responded in a disrespectful tone, telling me that the first elevator doesn't require a room key. There was no way for me to know that, especially since the other elevators work differently.

To be fair, there was one young woman at reception who was genuinely kind and helpful, and I really appreciated her attitude. However, the rest of the reception team could benefit from additional customer service training. A welcoming and respectful attitude at the front desk makes a huge difference, as it is the first and last impression guests have of the hotel.
