Overall the staff was polite and location was convenient.
Saw roaches and gnats in my room when I got up didn't have time to go to different hotel. I was there because I was on call for emergencies at the hospital so leaving wasn't an option that late.
The location was very convenient
When we checked in, we were told that the elevator was broken so we would need to carry our bags up the stairs. No worries, it's easy as on tour room is on the second floor (really???)
The next morning, we got in the elevator to go check out and got stuck in the elevator. The emergency button did not work and no one answered the emergency call.
Eventually someone thought to manually pry the doors open and we were able to exit the elevator. Back down the stairs with all our luggage we went... We informed the front desk attendant that the elevator was not functioning and that we got stuck in it. He replied that it was working fine earlier (again, really???) It wasn't worth the argument and aggravation so we just checked out

The mattress was too soft and it puffed up in the middle between my husband and I.
Quiet and secluded. Breakfast was good. The room and bathroom were clean. Bed was very comfortable.
The shower water pressure was the worst I have ever experienced! Glad it was just a one night stay!!!

The staff are nasty, had no respect for me, did not treat me nicely
I do not feel comfortable being around maintenance workers, so I asked Dan at the front desk if someone was a maintenance worker and he said he needed to report that I asked that to the manager. I asked the manager, Jessica, a question about if a maintenance worker was next to me, holding a garbage bag over his shoulder, what was in the garbage bag, and she said she would ask him and email me. She did not email me, so I called, and during the conversation, she hung up the phone on me. What kind of manager is that? She has no business being a manager. I called the front desk and asked Donna about when the housekeeping staff was working, she threatened to call the police if I called back and hung up the phone on me. I am not afraid of her, I didn't do anything wrong. What a nut Donna is, she has no clue how to treat a guest. I was still staying in Atlanta, so I tried making another reservation, and because I asked about maintenance, they canceled my reservation. What a waste of money to stay at this hotel. They don't deserve any of my money. Jessica and Donna should be fired. I hope they have no success.
