Pros:

Clean room, staff was great. The complimentary free Dinner on week nights was great, never experienced anything like this before, after a long day of driving it was nice to not have to leave the hotel & search for a place to eat.

Pros:

Excellent property.. even with a large group of young hockey players staying there, they were accommodating and clean. The hockey coaches were wonderful as well. I believe they were from Canada.

Hair in shower from prior guest. Bed squeaks and cracks with every little move. Can hear neighbors flush toilet, talking and snoring. Can hear people above you walking around and tossing things around. All night!!! Neighbors doors slamming. All the traffic driving by was noisy. That hotel for $248 a night is not worth it. I got no sleep and had to drive next day. Check in took longer then should have, about 15 minutes. Only thing decent about this place was the breakfast options. That was my experience here!

Pros:

Looks like someone was in a hurry when cleaning our room. Bed was very untidy. Sheets were not on the bed correctly. Hairs on my night stand made me very uncomfortable. Also your TV system is a joke. I asked the person at the desk for help and he was no help at all. We had booked for two nights but left after the first night. Breakfast was OK.

Very grimy floors. Very grimy A/C units. For 250+ a night, this was a disgrace. Pool was overloaded with chlorine to where it felt poisonous. The only thing moderately alright with the location was the staff and the breakfast.
Will not be staying here again. Look elsewhere until they've shown they've upped their game.

We will always stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Interstate 90 whenever we are in Coeur d'Alene. Everything is excellent - the room size, bed comfort, staff friendliness, pool/hot tub, happy hour, cookies, and cleanliness. The breakfast had several options, including delicious warm cinnamon rolls. We've stayed here before and will definitely stay here again.

Great Hotel w/ Easy I-90 Access
