The rooms were clean and the food was amazing but the PEOPLE!!!! Made the experience!!! Bartender Ashley was phenomenal, the server that we’ve had many amazing times now is Karlee, and Mr G!!!!!!! Mr G is the most amazing and talented chef I’ve never met! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

Ashley was very courteous and always asking how was everything and if i need anything else.
The food i order was quick and very good. Segu and Edith are killing it in the kitchen.
My experience was great Paula was a great bartender and very fast and super helpful will definitely be coming here again.
Zaida at the front desk was amazing! Happy greetings and Zaida’s customer service throughout our stay was impeccable. She was super nice. The rooms were clean and quiet. I would stay there again.

Regan and katalina were very professional and friendly, the food is top tier and service was great. 10/10 would dine here again.
Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Also, the bar and restaurant are super convenient, and the food was delicious! Friendly service as well.
Over 20 yrs member too. Received the amenity points at check in - my husband was on there too as he arrived before me. Then they decided to switch the reservation to his name. We never received the points on either name. Spoke to several people who promised to fix it and would receive email or call back - never happened. So beware you might not get points. We have stayed here about 6 or 7 times but we have chosen somewhere else going forward. The hotel itself is just ok - things seem to always be not working or unorganized.
Need to provide instructions for overhead fan, raising window shades (no cords), and need MUCH better cable choices.

Staff was amazing! Check in was smooth! I don’t understand why renovate a pool in the summer? Like we had 40 volleyball players and no pool. Other that it was great. Oh wait the elevator is scary! Makes funny sounds and just seem like that should be renovated
