Everything was wonderful

Nothing much really.
No soaps in room. 2 towels for 5 people.
Beds were small, not enough for two people.
After checking in I had to make two trips to the front desk to grab items that should have already been there.
Very annoying after driving long distance.
Breakfast was included that probably was the best part of the stay.
I did not like the staff they were very rude during check in I was charged an extra 100.00 fee that i still have not received, i was also checked into a room that had a hole in the wall i was not asked to be placed in another room neither.
Breakfast should be longer, some people don't wake up that early.

The staff we’re very nice and tried to address our concerns but no other rooms were available.
Our room on the first floor had a very strong and bad odor. It smelled like a wet dog and had been covered up with rug cleaner or other chemicals.
Nos gustó TODO si pudiera dar un 20/20 se lo daría. Muy limpio , muy amplia las habitaciones para familia, muy amables los recepcionistas, te dan una atención especial de 5 a 7 de la tarde incluida en el precio con comida demasiado buena. El lugar tranquilo no tienes nada cercano respecto a market o cosas así pero nosotros no buscábamos eso , solo buscábamos un barrio tranquilo y dormir tan cómodamente como en ningún hotel anterior en estos 20 días de viaje por Eeuu. Recomendable al 1000% .
Me gustó todo, quizás por decir algo las cortinas de las duchas debiesen cambiarlas o limpiarlas un poco más para que no les reste nada a todo lo bueno del hotel.

Location was fine. Breakfast was fine. Staff was excellent and helpful and polite. Was very happy with the pool.
The first morning the construction noises —hammering on the roof—started just after 830am which was too early and earlier than I had been told it would start
I told Daquan at the front desk about this and he offered to refund the cost of one night of my stay which I accepted. He said to let you know about this complaint and arrangement.
The last night the occupants of the room next to mine were singing loudly at midnight and talking loudly at 2am. If it had gone on longer I would have called the front desk to complain but it stopped after a short while.
The room was dirty. Half eaten food from previous guest on floor. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed.
Placed in a great location with very good housing locality, rooms are really spacious enough with all mandatory amenities. Food options were great and quality of food is great. Kudos to hospitable staff behavior.
Maybe little distant from Cleveland airport, a 30 mins drive.
Situation géographique. Calme. Chambre spacieuse, très bien équipée. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Petit déjeuner de qualité.
Nothing worked, elevator to pool was broke, only 1 ice machine for 6 floors worked. No washer or dyer worked. We had 2 rooms and one of them the door barely closed and did not lock.
When we arrived the trash was tied bags but not taken out. Makes you wonder what else was skipped. Extra toilet paper was still damp from falling in sink or toliet, tub? Can’t think about that
Staff seemed to judge and comment on everyone. Gossip through the employees. Diffently interfered with there work. My daughter was told wait one minute while a couple of them finished their opinions of a guest. That was the front desk.
