Poor Service. Non-Responsive Management

Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable There was a good amount of space

Cons:

We arrived for breakfast at 8:35, almost an hour left for breakfast time. No waffle batter. Asked for some. Reply was “no more for today”. Multiple days there were no ceramic coffee mugs only throw away ones. In this era of sustainability and micro plastics, no excuse. Another morning there was no hot water. Another morning oatmeal was cold We had a room with a kitchen. Several of the mugs had large chips on the edge Our room was never serviced. Went to the front desk. Was told that since it was an extended stay hotel, bed was not made everyday only garbage would be emptied. No one ever did it. Funny as well because sign on the bathroom mirror said the do make the bed. No new towels ever. Had to go to the front desk with our towels, washcloths and trash even after complaining. Gym had lots of dirt and dust under equipment. A housekeeper showed up at our door once late in the afternoon on the 4th or 5th day of our stay to ask if we needed anything. Seriously? No because we did your job Would never stay there or recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay my suite was perfect! Everything was clean and well maintained .

It was an okay stay.
Pros:

Cleanliness, location, breakfast bar absolutely awesome and the Front Desk clerks quite friendly.

Cons:

In the suite we couldn’t open the drawer for silverware but due to mate being a construction contractor he kept working at it and for it open.
He left the draw open so housekeeping could recognize the problem.

Okay. I’m remembering better days.
Pros:

Can’t eat non organic food. Location pleasant and quiet- just what I needed!

Cons:

I signed off on a form to charge me for any damage to pots & pans. When I checked in the room 3 pans were unusable. I told the desk that I needed one fry pan for my egg in the morning. They were very accommodating.
