We loved how upscale and classic looking the Hotel was. The rooms were clean and modern from a hotel that has been here forever. I like seeing remnants of the old mixed in with the new and how spacious the rooms were. I definitely loved and took advantage of the complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

That I didn’t have more time to enjoy it!

The heat in AZ is horrible, for some reason the halls and everything outsode the room felt super hot. Also, the elevator gave us a scare, they did fix it after but it was uneasy

The elevator was broke for the majority of our state so we had to walk up three flights of stairs and I have medical issues and they couldn’t move me to a lower floor because I had a parlor suite

The front desk lady was excellent, very nice, professional and accommodating!!!

Cons:

I was on the third floor with my special needs son in a stroller and my one year old baby trying to get on the elevator to check out, the elevator was broke!!! I had to drag the stroller and my baby down three flights of stairs with no assistance or help!!!!!

The management doesn’t value thier customers or the reputation of Comfort Inn.
Pros:

The location was close to stadium.

Cons:

Customer service was trash. I showed up and my room wasn’t ready. Asked how long couldn’t give time frame. Asked if I wanted to stay on 3 or 4 floor. Then said elevator didn’t work. I explained had 2 babies and been walking since 7 this morning. Asked why didn’t they explain that prior to me checking in . When I called. While talking to CS rep a man emerged from the back and stated he doesn’t have to do that. I asked who he was said he was the manager. I explained was telling rep how I felt and I was entitled to do so. He was very nasty tries to belittle me and said would cancel my reservation. In AZ it was 104 degrees.
