Lage, Personal.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war kaputt. Katastrophe!! Keine Chance zum schlafen, gefühlt bei 50 Grad. Hätte man meiner Meinung nach wenigstens ein bisschen mit dem Preis entgegenkommen können…

Gut mit einigen Abzügen. Bei passendem Weter würde die Unterkunft eine bessere Bewertung bekommen.
Pros:

Die Tiefgarage hat mir besonders gefallen.
Die Einrichtung war ansprechend.
Das Frühstück war ordentlich, mit frischen Brötchen und auch vielen Brotsorten und ausreichend Auswahl bei den Auflagen.
Auch lobend zu erwähnen ist, daß unser Hund auch willkommen war.

Cons:

Ein dickes Minus bekommt die fehlende Klimaanlage, was bei 40° Außentemperatur und gefühlten 35° im Zimmer sehr deutlich ins Gewicht gefallen ist. (es stand ein Vertikalventilator im Zimmer, der die Warme Luft schön gleichmäßig im Zimmer verteilt hat)
Beim Duschen musste man sich anstrengen Nass zu werden, weil aus dem Duschkopf nur eine kärgliche Menge Wasser kam
Das große Fenster lies sich nur spärlich öffnen.

Prinzipiell alles, insbesondere das sehr freundliche Personal und die sauberen Zimmer. Der sehr kurze Weg zum Festspielhaus.

Cons:

Leider gibt es in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage nur eine Art Heizung. Unser Zimmer lag zur Sonnenseite und war, als wir ankamen, schon sehr aufgeheizt. Selbst die Vorhänge konnten keine Abhilfe schaffen.
Der Service am Abend. Wir hätten gerne nach der Vorstellung noch etwas an der Bar getrunken, aber das gestatte sich schwieriger als gedacht.

Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, alles wurde mit einem!!!!!! Lappen sauber gemacht.

Cons:

Schlechte und weniger Parkmöglichkeiten, Parkbuchten viel zu eng! Klimaanlage bei 37 Grad Außentemperatur ausgefallen, Personal meinte, dass ist immer so, es kommt kein Techniker!!!!!! Angeblich frische Handtücher, riechen sehr unangenehm. Eins der schlechtesten Hotels, die wir bis jetzt gebucht haben.
