Als ich meinte, das wäre so in booking.com auf der mobile Version nicht angegeben wurde ich verbal 'abgewatscht', wie klar das doch wäre, das wäre offenkundig (ich vielleicht nicht fähig?)
Wir hatten es beim Check out eilig, und es dauerte ewig, bis man die Rechnung hatte, wie ein hässliches Spiel ?

Habs später geprüft, wenn man 2 bis 3 Level tiefer klickt, sieht man ungenaue Angaben, dass es für Parking und Hund Aufgeld geben könnte (Betrag nicht genannt).
Insgesamt habe ich nichts dagegen, bei klaren Angaben und Verhältnismässigkeit.
Hier waren es 43,5% Aufpreis !!!

Plötzlich wurden mit grosser Geste die Parkgebühren erlassen.

Es war dennoch eine unruhig Nacht:
Wir bekamen ein Zimmer direkt über der Terrasse im 1. Stock. Da waren die ganzen Raucher, auch Personal und ich musste in der Nacht deswegen mehrmals aufstehen um den Hund am Bellen zu hindern.
Dieses Feedback wurde an der Rezeption auch völlig ignoriert.

Und die Betten:
Französisches Bett gebucht, 2 Einzelbetten erhalten. Diese waren nicht miteinander verbunden, so dass es sich eine grosse 'mobile' Besucherritze ergab.

Cons:

2szobát foglaltam,szobánként 2 ággyal 4férfi részére,az egyik szobába csak 1db ágy volt ,így az egyik kollégámnak a földön kellett aludni! Nem értem miért kell jeleznem az ágyak számát ha nem figyeli senki!

für nen Kurzaufenthalt und keine günstigere Alternative in Baden-Baden okay
Cons:

obwohl oberste Etage, die teurer ist, war es sehr laut durch den Verkehrslärm, und dies, obwohl der Deskmitarbeiter meinte, dort sei es ruhig. Garagenplatz für 19 Euro recht teuer. Frühstück nichts besonderes und wenig regional. Positiv das freundliche Personal und die unverpackte Butter oder Marmelade ( allerdings unklar woher die Produkte ). Ganz übel die Produkte von Dove im Bad/ WC; billig aber insbesonders produziert in Indien und Malaysia. Was soll das?

Empfehlenswertes Hotel für Besucher des Festspielhauses
Pros:

Das Zimmer im vierten Stock war ruhig und bot einen Ausblick auf die Rückseite, wo sich auch der Parkplatz befindet, der für eine Nacht 19 € kostet, sofern es freie Plätze gibt. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es etliche Restaurants und auch das Festspielhaus. Man ist zu Fuß auch sehr schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Personal ist freundlich und am Morgen wird ein Frühstücksbuffet angeboten.

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes und modernes Hotel in guter Lage und ausgezeichnetem Service. Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind unverhältnismässig teuer.
