When we tried to check in that night, the reservation had somehow been cancelled and no one could explain why. All correspondence showed confirmation. (Just like getting this request for feedback) Staff was not very helpful. It was 10:00 at night and we had to find another hotel. We booked through Booking.com, but they don't show a cancellation either. From talking with the hotel person, cancellation was done through the hotel but reason unknown. Very frustrating and scary that you can't trust confirmation emails.
