Would stay again, was easy and convenient, good breakfast.
Pros:

It was convenient and easy, the room was clean and breakfast was good. The front desk staff was nice and the hotel was fairly clean. Pretty much your run of the mill hotel! Not bad at all, would stay again.

Cons:

There was only one thing, on the day we were supposed to check out, a housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30 am we opened the door to tell her we were still here and said "check out" that was all she said, and then she walked down the hall. I couldn't tell if she was asking us if we were going to check out soon or telling us to, or maybe she was trying to remind us that was check out day, we weren't mad about it but to be woken up at 8:30 in the morning and just have her say "check out" when we open the door and check out isn't until noon, 3 hours and 30 mins later, it was kind of off putting. I understand that maybe her english wasn't very good, and she probably didn't mean it to come off like that. Maybe next time instead of allowing staff tk knock on doors of people checking out that day.... you just wait for people to check ? She might have been wanting to clean the room so she could go home earlier but that doesn't mean i need to rush out of a room i paid for before im ready and still within the time before check out.

Overall, a great experience and we would stay here again.
Pros:

We had booked a King Suite for our family of 4 for 3 nights. Upon our arrival, we were told that we had been upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. We were so happy and surprised. We met 2 employees on the elevator that same day and they asked how our room was. I told her we just checked in and were surprised to be upgraded to a larger suite. One of the employees said she chose us to upgrade our room. We thanked her and told her we were very appreciative. The 2-bedroom suite was very nice and great so our kids both had their own beds and didn't have to share a convertible couch. The overall layout of the suite was nice, and we enjoyed breakfast. I love loved seeing the fresh flowers every day and the pool and patio were also very nice. We chose this hotel specifically for location and the indoor pool for our kids. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

As I stated before, we were very pleased with the overall experience and hotel amenities. We did set our room to cooler at night, but it seemed like the QQ room and living room/kitchen were much cooler than the King bedroom. It's nice to have 2 pillows per person, but they were so thin that we borrowed our kids' extra pillows, so we weren't so flat. The beds were good, but a little firmer than we're used to at home. The breakfast selection was good, but I was surprised to only see one type of eggs, cheese omelet. My husband likes eggs but not with cheese. There was also no bacon, biscuits, or gravy. Everything was good that we ate though. The waffles were excellent. The breakfast area was nice.

the location was great. The room was so spacious with kitchen that we felt bad that we had to leave in a day. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Dallas.
