Good breakfast.
Everything was great, would stay here again
Hotel was comfortable but a bit worn 8n places. Food was typical for this chain.
We thought we were going to miss the midnight check in deadline due to an accident on the highway, we did call though and let them know and the desk attendant was very nice and understanding and was going to let the oncoming attendant know. Luckily we made it at 10:30. After our the nice check in experience the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast which we had all 4 days of our stay was very good and plentiful every time. They were pretty full due to a festival in town, so i think they did a wonderful job everything was clean fresh food available at breakfast. The hotel and grounds very clean nice parking felt very safe. I would definitely stay there again. I was traveling with my adult son.
The room was great and the staff were very friendly. My only criticism is that when I tried to sleep, it sounded like I was in the median of the interstate. Other than that, the hotel was great. I recommend people staying there get a room facing away from the highway.
Overall it was ok. BUT, our room smelled like cigarettes. Someone was clearly smoking in there recently. We asked to move if available and they were going to try to accommodate, but the front staff needed to contact someone else and we had to leave - so we just stayed. Discount would have been a nice gesture.
The beds are a little bit iffy. But ok for a shirt stay.i felt like the beds are way to stiff. Breakfast was good.but no bacon as advertised. They did however have sausage
Great
Breakfast options were plentiful and tasted good. Room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space to put things and plenty of easy to reach outlets for chargers etc. Staff was kind. Pool would have been small if there were other guests in there but we went at a time where no one else joined us and we were fine. Overall pleased.
Laundry facilities
Kelsey was so nice and pleasant checking us in. I had reservations for two queen beds. Upon arrival to the room it was only one king bed. When I went back to the front desk to ask about the mix up, Kelsey had to call the GM. The GM had apparently changed our room to one king but I was not notified and they had no other queen rooms available. They called surrounding properties and found nothing else. Kelsey handled it very well and apologized for not being made aware ahead of time. They did offer a discount for the inconvenience, so I am waiting on that. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. Bailey at check out was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was very good as well as the staff.
Service was good
Only stayed one night but nice
I was arriving late the night of my reservation. The staff was very kind on making sure my reservation was secure, and they were friendly on check-in and checkout
The hotel was a little tired. Scratch wood doors, broken toilet paper roll holder and the plug in the tub didn’t seal properly. Otherwise very nice. The woman at the front desk when I checked in was very helpful.
The only complaint that I have regarding the room was the lack of towel hooks to put your used towels. Also, it wouldn't hurt to have slightly bigger trash can in the room.
I always thought Holiday Inns were nicer, but for the price of this hotel I could get a cheaper one that is better. I was honestly surprised on how small the room was. It was not cleaned very well. Especially around the microwave and the coffee maker looked like it had not ever been cleaned. The was a blood splat in the tub which was kinda gross. The pool was extremely small so my kids didnt even want to swim, which was why we chose this hotel in the first place. We almost just asked for a refund and found something else but figured they wouldnt give it to us anyways. They dont let you use the extra side doors at night to get into the hotel and the parking lot filled up quick at night, so we had to park all the way in the back and walk around to the front door.
The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable at least. They also provide a really good breakfast.
First, the hotel was immediately adjacent to the interstate and our room was VERY loud with the traffic. Second, we had a king bed, which had been made with a queen size fitted sheet, which only wadded up immediately upon getting into the bed and was uncomfortable all night. Third, it was DARK in the bathroom. There were lights on either side of the mirror, but were so dim, there was not enough light to see to shave.
On a positive note, breakfast was very good.
Convenient and clean. Fair price too!
Found several bugs in the room.
