Cons:

Was charged twice for the hotel. Stayed 1 night and was charged for 2. Still don't have my refund or my deposit back. Staff was rude. Had to wait an hour to check in because systems were down. Pool was freezing cold so we couldn't enjoy that. Room they gave us the TV didn't work so had to pack everything back up and move rooms. Beds were hard. Manager was on FaceTime call in the back instead of helping staff with customers. It was horrible. Will not stay here again.

The location

Cons:

The hotel’s biggest issue was the amount of drinking and drug use that was allowed, especially around the back entrance near the pool. There were children going in and out of the hotel who had to walk through clouds of marijuana smoke and past people openly drinking as if they were at a nightclub. This was extremely inappropriate for a hotel environment, especially with families and children staying there. Management should have done more to enforce rules and maintain a safe, family-friendly atmosphere. It was Memphis though and I was already warned what to expect ahead of time. The breakfast was not that great and you had to wait a long time just to get it.

Not amazing, but served the purpose for our visit. The staff was very nice.

It was quiet, neat, staff was very nice.

Cons:

There was a strong closed in smell. The detergent used on the sheets triggered my husbands asthma. Bathroom had not been swept before we arrived. There were Bobby pins and hair on the floor.

Pros:

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable ( I slept like a baby) lol. The kids really enjoyed the pool as well. Would definitely stay again.

I don't know what detergent they used but my body was inching very badly the pullout bed was ripped and had stains on the mattress had spots on it also

Pros:

It was very clean

Cons:

Unfortunately the washing and dryer machines were out of service therefore had to travel out to get our laundry done. However the staff was amazing at helping me find a great laundry room since I’m not familiar with the area and was traveling from out of state!
