Nice hotel when visiting Carowinds
Pros:

Nice renovated hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plus very cheap EV charging on site, with clear signage for EV only.

Staff was really friendly, hotel was clean. Only thing we weren’t happy with is their indoor pool was closed. There was nothing on the website. Or with the 3rd party booking that let us know

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a wide selection of food at breakfast and it was good. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of service.. especially since I chose the hotel based on having an indoor pool.

We loved how clean the rooms were specially the bathroom. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were just right not too soft nor hard. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. The coffee was excellent and the other offerings were good but the juices tasted almost like water with color, too watered down. The main issue we have was we can hear the loud footsteps from the room above, other that it was a pretty good stay.

I really liked the first room we stayed in on the first floor rather than the one during our second stay on the third as it is a little outdated and needs fixing plus the first room was larger and cleaner except again for the hair I found on the bed the first time. The staff at Reception and at the breakfast area has always been wonderful and friendly as well as the breakfast was great!
