Nice hotel, but get the "free Wi-Fi" clarified before going there.
Pros:

Nice room. Plenty of space. Overall the hotel is in good shape. Very nice breakfast. Shuttle was excellent!

Cons:

Slow check in even with no line. Front desk person was distracted with other tasks like answering the phone. Front desk person insisted that the Wi-Fi was only free for IGN members. They need to change how they advertise this hotel if that is the case.

Just what I expected
Pros:

Everything was how I always expect it to be. It's perfect for what I need.

Cons:

The shower curtains don't close.. The curtain bar needs to be straight across. A poorly designed shower bar, creates an unwinnable issue with the curtain never closing.

Quiet and reasonable accommodation.
Pros:

Quiet great location. Easy highway access.

Cons:

Elevator location was inconvenient and smoking area at the pool was less than ideal for a nonsmoker.

Compared to other places we have stayed recently, this hotel costs more and was not up to par.
Cons:

The ac put out a stale odor and made the room feel damp. Hotel put up signs stating that rooms would not be cleaned due to staffing shortages, we didn't even get clean towels. Toilet was very low which is hard for seniors. We were very disappointed and as a result left a day early with no refund available due to third party booking.

Pros:

Christy do better! Being rude to your guest is not acceptable. I gave 4 stars because everyone else was absolutely amazing The breakfast was delicious, housekeeping was fantastic and Mony in maintenance was awesome., very kind and accommodating to our special needs.

Front desk CHRISTY needs to work on customer service accommodations
Pros:

When booking my trip directly I was guaranteed an early check in at noon whoever upon arrival I was rudely told by CHRISTY that check in was at 3 and the earliest your getting in is at two. I explained my prior agreement when booking and was denied again. So I asked if she would take my name or number and call me when it was ready and refused again. After driving for 2 hours it was extremely disappointing that she would not even check to see if a room was available for us. So we had to sit on the parking lot for another 2 hours until we could check in!! Overall everyone in the Hotel was extremely polite and accommodating especially Mony I believe was his name and rooms were very clean.
