Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Scott - Lafayette West by IHG

Would highly recommend this hotel.
Everything about it was wonderful, especially the staff. I was there for my granddaughter's funeral and the people on the front desk were very compassionate and accommodating!

We had to check out before breakfast was served, so I can’t rate that. However the room was clean and vomfortsble, and overall this property is what we’ve come to expect from a Holidsy Inn Express & Suites

Room was clean, but hallway had big fans at either end. Room felt “damp” the entire time we were there. Water pressure in shower was terrible. Beds were uncomfortable. The check-in lady was polite and kind and friendly - best part of the visit. Breakfast was good. Attendant was also very helpful.

It was decent. It was clean but the room i booked was taken so we got a handicap room with no tub and the water went everywhere on the floor when showering. And no late checkout was allowed .

Easy access

We’ve visited this location on a few occasions, but this impromptu overnight stay was a bit different. I was put off by the check-in process—there were two individuals at the front desk, yet only one seemed to be assisting guests. I waited quite a while as the person ahead of me was being helped. Interestingly, I was the only one asked to complete a vehicle registration form. On the morning of check-out, we loaded the truck with everything except a toy and a few cold items. This was just a few minutes before 10 a.m. When we returned shortly after to grab the remaining items, we were surprised to find the room completely empty. I immediately alerted the manager that I had not returned the key card or officially checked out. To my dismay, the manager informed me that housekeeping had already cleared the room. The items we left behind were nowhere to be found. I was shocked and frustrated, especially considering it hadn’t even hit the official check-out time yet, and we had clearly not turned in the key or indicated we were done with the room. Perishable items and a toy were discarded solely because someone was in a hurry.

Great hotel for our soccer weekend. Love all of the food options around. The elevator was a little sketchy. Other than that great stay

Room was not clean. Hair in shower and everything was very dusty. Breakfast was not good. Check in was slow.

it was cool. I liked everything about it. it was easy to get to. nice big room. comfy beds
