Pros:

Beautiful property and very clean. A bit of a long walk from the subway and through the mall. If you have luggage, just take a Grab or taxi because of the long walk. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, with tons of options and a variety of international cuisines. We loved it!

The staff is what makes this place amazing! The late night front desk employee was so kind and sweet. I booked an extra night because I had a 4am flight. At checkout, they surprised us with a togo breakfast goody bag because they said we were going to miss breakfast at the hotel because of the early flight. It was filled with fruits, baked goods, water, and juice! So thoughtful!! And it was more delicious than what was served on the airplane! Thank you again for your kindness and consideration. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Pros:

Location excellent, connected to CentralWorld on the L7 and Lobby at L23. Up to L42 is normal room and higher is club FL. Welcome drink on L54 not much view. Bad side, they are using low quality toilet tissue and no electronic bidet. Walking to Big-C or Train are quite a distance due to mall too big. Big-C thru H&M will be fastest. Breakfast limited of choices, and they don't change much everyday (no Thai curry only Arab veg curry). Some hotels(Terminal 21) offer daily changes to selected items. Overall, price high but quality provided not up to value. Only Plus point location.
