Excellent hotel with a personalised feel and in a great central location

highly recommend the hotel to others
Pros:

the overall service from all the staff was fantastic. The front desk staff were very helpful with a passport issue we had and made phone calls for us. Breakfast was very nice with choice of omelet or scrambled eggs if desired. Room was always clean.

L'accoglienza, tutta: a tutte le ore, personale disponibile, attento, premuroso anche all'arrivo e alla partenza. Piacevole la permanenza da far venir voglia di ritornare!

Come essere ospiti a casa di un vecchio amico
Pros:

Cortesia e disponibilità di tutto lo staff sono il vero valore aggiunto di questa struttura: appena arrivati ci hanno offerto un gustoso aperitivo e qualunque nostra richiesta veniva sempre accolta con il sorriso e con grande professionalità.
Posizione centralissima alle spalle di "piazza salotto" (la piazza più importante di Pescara).
Stanza dotata di un ampio balcone e bagno dotato di finestra (ottimamente isolati da serrande a funzionamento elettrico).
Comodi e morbidi gli accappatoi in aggiunta al corredo di teli e asciugamani.
Utilissimi (soprattutto in inverno) i due appendiabiti posti all'ingresso della stanza; presente anche un grande armadio con cassetti e numerosissime grucce.
Colazione servita dalle ore 7, molto ricca con tanti prodotti di qualità sia freschi che confezionati (con possibilità anche di ordinare qualche pietanza espressa).

WI.FI. buono.
Molto elegante e di particolare gusto la scelta di decorare le porte delle stanze con quadri di artisti che poi davano il nome all'intero piano.
Presente anche una sala fitness ed una sauna (su prenotazione) che però non abbiamo avuto modo di provare.

Cons:

Come spunto di miglioramento suggerirei di dotare la stanza di un bollitore con relativi te e tisane (anche se il servizio bar supplisce a questa carenza talvolta può essere comodo avere l'occorrente direttamente in stanza).
Cassaforte presente ma non funzionante.
Migliorare la qualità e la presentazione dei prodotti da bagno.
Sala colazione piccolina e posta a ridosso dell'ingresso (ma questo devo dire sinceramente che non ci ha creato particolari disagi soprattutto perchè noi andavamo alle ore 7 e la sala era quasi sempre vuota).
I sanitari nel bagno erano posizionati stranamente molto bassi e questo li rendeva un pò scomodi.
Tecnologica e assai complicata la doccia: la presenza di ben 5 manopole rendeva quasi necessario un libretto d'istruzioni.

Wonderful Hospitality in Pescara
Pros:

This a wonderful hotel with staff that goes above and beyond. The hotel is in a very central, convenient location, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, and the welcome drink was a very nice touch. The staff in reception goes out of their way to welcome you, help out with anything you might need, make recommendations, and ensure that you have an excellent experience.
