Perfect place to rest after 20 mile walk on a very hot day!
Pros:

Friendly staff on arrival. Lovely garden to relax in. Room was large however the stairs up to the room were a little steep but our choice to feel the burn in the legs after a 20 mile walk!

Cons:

Nothing to dislike really, for the price it was absolutely fine.

Our standard room was absolutely fine and the breakfast was great.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast with good choice for vegetarians.

Good base for visiting Lakenheath and Lackford Lakes nature reserves.

Attended a party, which was well looked after by manager, but overall needs attention to bedrooms. Not worth the full pr
Pros:

Good sized rooms, helpful staff.

Cons:

The hotel bedrooms are clearly tired. The hotel has so much potential. Bedroom windows were filthy. Placing of furniture made it difficult to open the wardrobe on one side. Iron provided but no ironing board.
Bathroom was clean but needed attention to shower head mount, grouting needed replacing.
One the curtains was not attached to pulley and part off hooks allowing sun in defeating the point of black out curtains.

Nice hotel, good service, good location.
Pros:

Breakfast and service was good.
When I had a problem with my room the General Manager made a great effort to solve the problem and move me to a different room - great service and much appreciated!

Pros:

I stay here once a month, the staff make the place great, Liam who has helped me a couple of times and and all round nice member of staff to chat to, nothings ever an issue, also breakfast staff are so friendly, I shall keep on staying.

Prima für ein/zwei Tage. Zimmer mit Airco - bei 34 Grad Außentemperatur sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Für einen Aufenthalt von 4 Tagen ist die Verstauungsmöglichkeit von Kleidung sehr mager.

broken air conditioner in the room on the hottest day of the year. windows wouldn't open properly so not particularly comfortable. Cleanliness of the room was a not great.

Great location!
Pros:

Pros:

Thank you to Julie on reception for upgrading our room to a family room, so my sister and I could have a single bed each.
Thank you to Laura in the restaurant for making our aunts birthday so special. Table was nicely decorated and the afternoon tea was one of the best we have had. Laura sang happy birthday to our aunt, with an extra cake and a candle. We had not requested this , so it was a lovely surprise.
We will definitely stay at this hotel again, as all the staff are lovely and go the extra mile to make it a perfect visit . Thank you
