Pros:

Very good location, walking distance about 3mins to the main street full of shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly. I was biten with mosquitos in room 5, i wish they sprayed the rooms even after putting through an inhouse review online nothing was done about it. I stayed in the jungle of Ubud prior to this stay and was not biten ones, infact that ubud hotel supplied mozzie repellent and net per room.

Pros:

The bungalow, without a private pool, was roomy but quite dark, even with curtains open. I had hoped to have an area to sit outside, so was disappointed when there was none. My only issue was only lukewarm water in the shower. I would stay again as it is convenient, but would be sure to book a room with a pool.

Was a great place however, we were under the impression that there was a pool, a general one for villas, the description and photos are deceiving. Also the spa charges in USD which is outrageous, we definitely were ripped off.

숙소가 많이 노후됬어요, 방도 키큰나무에 둘러싸여 어둑어둑해요. 위치는 좋습니다, 다만 50미터앞에 클럽과 라이브까페가 있어 밤늦도록 시끄러워요.

結婚記念日の旅行の際に3泊しました。
事前にその事を知らせていたので、お祝いのホールケーキをプレゼントして頂き嬉しかったです。
プール付きのヴィラなので人目を気にせず好きな時にプールにも入ることが出来てよかったです。
朝食は時間指定すると運んできてくれ、1000円くらいプラスでフローティング（プールに浮かべてくれる）にできます。
ツアーに行くために6時に朝食を頼んだらその日はお弁当（サンドイッチ、フルーツ、ジュース）を作ってくれました。

遠いヴィラは歩いては大変なのでバギーで送迎してくれます。
スタッフの方も優しく丁寧で気持ちのいい対応をしてくださいます。
フロントには日本語を話せるスタッフ（女性）もいますが、早朝と深夜には不在でした。

お部屋は広くて快適ですが、土地柄、やはり蚊などがいるので虫対策にベーブみたいなものを何個かつけてくれていましたが、主人は刺されてました。次の日にスーパーでキンチョールみたいなスプレーを買って寝る前に使いました。
虫刺されを対策をしていった方がいいと思います。


築年数が古いので劣化している所もありましたが、概ね満足でした。

立地は良てもよく、歩いて直ぐに賑やかなところに出れるので、食事やショッピングには困りません。
お土産ものを安く買うためにビンタンスーパーマーケットへ行くならタクシーで。

Perfect, dreamy villa right off the action! We had garden room #2 and it was perfect! The food is amazing (order breakfast to your villa), you can walk from the back right out to the main strip and have a fun night at La Favella! The spa on site is incredible and the staff is top notch accommodating and kind! Cant wait to come back!

There are much better places in Seminyak and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere.
When we arrived we were advised that our rate would not include breakfast despite our booking confirmation noting free breakfast. Staff were clearly aware of this issue noting it has happened to numerous other guests however they refused to provide breakfast and were in no way apologetic noting that we should contact hotels.com as “it wasn’t their issue”.
Their page is also misleading and should note there is NO common pool access for the “garden view” rooms; this view is in fact a view of a wall with a plant in front of it.
The room itself was dated with a broken shower head that was waist high and the water was often cold. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.
