La habitación no es cómo la foto dentro de Booking. Mejorar el desayuno sería un punto importante. Infraestructura debería mejorar.

Great for a quick stay, but some weird policies.
Pros:

The breakfast offered lots of choices and the location was very convenient. My kids loved the pool and the fact it was open late

Cons:

The pillows on the bed were very hard and we received towels with make up stains in our room that were supposed to be clean. The pool towels require you to turn in your room key so you have to fully dry off before you go up to your room which is challenging and honestly insane. The pool towels were also old and falling apart/hanging on by threads and frayed edges. Not sure who would steal them. TV also had limited channels and didn't work well.

Las sabanas estaban todas porosas, raspaban el cuerpo, las cortinas de la habitación estaban huecas y rotas y traspasaba la luz

Me gustó, bueno si planeas ir a los parques de xcaret
Pros:

El personal es muy amable, muy buen servicio de taxis, ellos me iban a esperar afuera de los parques, la habitación por el precio tiene un nivel muy aceptable, yo solo lo ocupe para dormir. El desayuno esta completo, no es continental, solo que ponen uno o 2 platos calientes y eso me sorprendió gratamente.

Cons:

Las regaderas están pequeñas y con cortinas, pero por el precio y calidad yo si me volvería a hospedar ahi

Excelente Servicio.
Pros:

Buen desayuno, personal atento y super céntrico. Estacionamiento sin costo y sin necesidad de reservar en el hotel, lo cual es difícil conseguir en el área, ubicación y calidad versus precio 10/10.

Cons:

Pueden mejorar las toallas, ya necesitan reemplazarlas.
