Pros:

El hotel es excelente muy buen trato y están pendientes para solventar cualquier problema que tengas . Tuve dos incidencia del la habitación y tardaron menos de 30 min en solventarlos

No creo que se pueda mencionar nada malo tal vez que ls maquina de suministro de comida solo esta en chino, Si al menos estuviera en Ingles

Pros:

Расположение отеля очень удобное. Район тихий, красивый и спокойный. В пешей доступности находятся две станции метро, что позволяет легко добраться до любой точки города. Напротив отеля расположена набережная — прекрасное место для вечерних прогулок и отдыха.
Несмотря на то что персонал не всегда хорошо владеет английским языком, все сотрудники очень приветливы, доброжелательны и всегда стараются помочь. Приятным бонусом стала возможность бесплатно взять зонт на ресепшене, что оказалось очень кстати в дождливую погоду.
В номерах предусмотрен фумигатор от комаров, который действительно помог сделать пребывание более комфортным. Сам номер очень уютный, чистый и удобный, а кровать заслуживает отдельной похвалы — невероятно комфортная, благодаря чему сон был просто великолепным.

Cons:

Единственное замечание касается вентиляции в комнатах. При высокой влажности было бы полезно установить осушители воздуха, так как после принятия душа влажность в комнате долго остается очень высокой.
Кроме того, на этаже, особенно в коридорах, слишком холодно. Я бы рекомендовала немного снизить интенсивность кондиционирования, поскольку после жаркой и влажной погоды на улице находиться в таких прохладных помещениях не очень комфортно.
Также было бы неплохо разнообразить мясное меню. Выбор мясных блюд довольно ограничен, а меню практически не менялось на протяжении недели. Большинство блюд приготовлено из свинины, при этом вариантов с говядиной совсем не было, а курица представлена только в жареном виде и часто получается слишком сухой ижирной. Более разнообразный выбор мясных блюд сделал бы питание значительно лучше.

Pros:

The buffet breakfast option was really very good for its price and the selections were a lot. The staffs were very nice. The place was very clean and organized.

Pros:

Неплохое местоположение - метро рядом, также недалеко от гостиницы можно найти кафешки, фрукты, сладости и даже массаж ног (рекомендую). Гостиница чистая, свежий ремонт.

Cons:

Часто останавливаюсь в гостиницах этой сети и меня все устраивало, но в этой сплошное разочарование - завтрак по талонам и явно мало места в зале. Приходится сначала занимать стол, а потом идти накладывать. Завтрак неплохой, но скудный. Первый раз встречаю, что одноразовые принадлежности надо простить на ресепшене, а не кладут в номер. Уборка чисто формальная - смена полотенец и все. Отсутствуют европейские розетки. В целом отношение персонала оставляет желать лучшего. И да - очень хорошая слышимость

Clean room. Room a bit small for 3 persons but sufficient. Breakfast buffet is reasonable but boring. Staff service is good. There's free shuttle to nearest subway which is 500m away.

Pros:

Завтраки однообразные, фрукты только 2-х видов, во многих 3-звездочных отелях завтраки получше

Cons:

Когда мы приехали нашу бронь сняли, хотя до этого звонили и просили оставить бронь. Номер не соответствовал фото, за 7 дней ни разу постельное белье не поменяли. На 6 день в номере потоп случился. Убираются плохо.
