Didn't eat
That you have to use cash only for the snacks by the check-in. I need a receipt and can't seem to get one for the stay.
Very friendly staff and the breakfast cook was so so nice!! The pool and hot tub were great and the kids had fun! Close to food and Walmart. Room was cool and beds were comfortable.
Could have been a little more clean but wasn’t terrible

The pool area was very hot and our eyes stung from the chlorine. The work out room was extremely hot no cool air no water

It’s a bit off the “town”
The kitchen gentleman was very nice and helpful bed was very comfortable.
The jacuzzi was not hot at all 😩 and that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel and didn’t care too pay the high prices almost $200 for one night ,
comfortable and had all the things we needed
No soap in the room, desk gave us the bottle but said she could not install it in the shower with other items. Light around the mirror in bathroom had a burned out blub and they said it would be fixed the next day, but it wasn't.
Always can rely on holiday inn for cleanliness and comfort! Never a disappointment

Everything, clean, comfortable, breakfast was good, price was great, the staff was above a 10 they were phenomenal very attentive very helpful. Very kind.
Nothing everything was perfect
Breakfast offered a wide range of items suitable to individual tastes. To go containers were provided for those who may prefer to eat in their rooms. Grab and Go bags were also made available to take snacks when leaving. All members of the hotel staff have been courteous and efficient.
There were some holes in the driveway which, if not avoided, could possibly cause damage to the vehicle. Not this time, but on some other of my visits when a lot of kids stayed in the hotel to participate in regional sporting events, kids running up and down the halls, slamming doors, and speaking loudly at late hours while being unsupervised have disturbed my sleep. Other than that, and that doesn't happen often, I have no complaints.
Clean and comfortable. Quick check in and check out.
