Cons:

The pool was not open when we were there, although it was filled up, they were waiting for the health inspector to pass it before anyone could use it and that hindered our spring break plans for the pool as our entire stay we couldn’t swim.

Great breakfast and staff was great! Breakfast was very good and well stocked.

Cons:

Bathroom door didn't latch or lock. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. Not at all the hotels fault, but our biggest issue we had was finding dinner for our family. We tried several sit down restaurants that were either closed or out of food, lol. We ended up eating at the local Hardee's. The staff there was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is very nice this is my favorite place to stay whenever I come to Quincy

EXCELLENT, CLOSE TO WHERE WE WERE GOING, SAFE AND CLEAN.
Pros:

BISCUITS AND GRAVY. THEY RAN OUT BEFORE MY FAMILY COULD GET THERE BUT I ATE EARLY AND REALLY ENJOYED THEM.
THE ONLY EGG PRODUCT ON THE MENU WERE A TACO STYLE EGG PRODUCT WHICH MY GRAND DAUGHTERS WOULD NOT EAT. MAJOR PROBLEM IN AN OTHERWISE GOOD BREAKFAST

WE ARE A FAMILY OF SIX. THE NEW GROCERY CART YOU PROVIDED FOR CARRYING OUR Bags WERE TOTALLY INADEQUATE. WE HAD TO USE TWO AND CARRY THE REST OF THE LUGGAGE. FORTUNATELY AS WE CHECKED OUT I FOUND THE OLD RELIABLE CART TO CARRY ALL OF THE LUGGAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I CAN UNDERSTAND THAT THE EXPERIMENTAL GROCERY CARTS ARE CONVENIENT AND EASY TO STEER FOR COUPLES BUT PLEASE SUPPLY BOTH TYPES.
