tears in the coverings of chairs,sofas. also our room wasnt cleaned for the next day. no makeup wipes. very disappointed.

We had to repack to move to another room.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine but the coffee shop was closed early Sunday.

Cons:

Having to Transfer rooms. On check in the room 918 AC's fan was out and we were lucky to get another room as the Hotel was full.
It seems this could have been avoided if the room would have been pre checked before our arrival.

It was a nice hotel had a hot tub and some pool tables!!
Pros:

It was nice and clean and super close to our destination weekend!!

Cons:

Well there was a snow storm, which caused some issues with the kitchen causing there to be no breakfast and everything around was closed so we has to go to or wrestling tournament without feeding the boys.

The best staff!!!
Pros:

This entire staff was incredible today. We traveled to watch the University of Georgia gymnastics team compete. Of the 50 families planning to come, only 5 made it due to the weather cancellations around the country. I asked the staff if they would participate in our normal send off for the girls and they rallied the entire staff! They showed up, cheered loud, brought noise makers, participated in our team cheer, barked and shook the Pom Pom’s like these kids were their own family. The entire staff was incredible and we are so grateful for their hospitality! Go Dawgs and thank you from all the Gymdog families!

Other than the smell it was nice but the fact that the two days we were there it smelled really bad like it was sewage!!
Pros:

People were nice, location was good.

Cons:

There was a terrible odor when you walked in. It was on the first floor but with the openness it was smelly everywhere.

Great customer service and establishment!
Pros:

The establishment was great. Loved the location as I had a conference I was attending at the same location. The restaurant and shopping across the street was great!! The employees were very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast was outstanding.
