Best Western Boerne Inn & Suites

Stay was excellent. Nice room, clean and quiet. Easy access to highway.

We enjoyed our accommodations especially the day and night staff.

Everything was very good the size pf room, continental breakfast, comfort of the beds, shower temps, aie conditioning was great, silence of the 2nd floor, parking well lit, accommodations was extremely good for the cost!

Last minute stay but ensuring was great

Room was nice, but the odor was really bad. The hotel upon entry was smelly & the room mimicked that. Luckily, we had to stay jusy 1 night. The smell reminded me of an old vegas casino when smoking was allowed indoors.

Room seemed a little dark in areas where lighting was insufficient

It was clean, but the room did have a weird smell to it. We only stayed one night as a stopping point on our roadtrip.

The elevator was broken and we were not made aware prior. The front desk lady said that it had already been broken for 2 months. They also put us on the 3rd floor and only mentioned that the elevator was broken as we were heading to the elevator. I asked her why if the elevator is broken she gave us the 3rd floor and didn’t say anything her response was that there was a sign on the doors. Unreal like people read those paper signs on doors. She could have just said something about it as she was asking if the 3rd floor was okay- if there is a working elevator no issue. This place also had an extremely musty smell in the hallway and stairwell. The room was also a little funky smelling, there were multiple pieces of furniture that had rips, the pillows were miniature sized, and the bathroom floor had missing grout in between the tiles and some of the tiles moved when you stepped on them. I would never stay here again.

Nice hotel but the only issue was the elevator was not working. We were on the 3rd floor.

Our employee was staying there for a week and when he came back on Thursday evening, they had put all of his stuff in trash bags and given his room to someone else. The reservation began on a Monday and ended leaving Friday....They just gave it to someone else, said oops! and that they were full. Offered no help and no explanation as to why they gave a fully paid for room to someone else and bagged up his belongings.

Elevators were not in service at the location. I carried my gear up and down three flights of stairs each day.

No elevator and for seniors that is huge. The room had semi-clogged drains in sink and shower. Holes in bathroom doors plus bites marks from animals.
