Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room clean

Cons:

Long check in time, many rooms weren't ready and people waiting over 40 min for their room. I waited 20 minutes in line. No system of communication between housekeeping and front desk so front desk had to go up to the floor for which rooms were ready. Also most breakfast food had run out

This property has an exit door that is by the gym and leads outside that does not close. The door has been damaged and is always partially open.

When I arrived an checked in I was assigned room #104 went to room the door was already opened the bed was a mess tried to shut the door an it would not shut. Went to front desk an lady assigned me another room #149 . Went to room #149 there Wer large stains on the floor beside the bed in front on window there was no toilet paper . Went back down to front desk advise lady she gave me toilet paper!! Later the evening went to go take shower a there was was no body soap, no conditioner . So in the morning went down to front desk a let lady no she said oh I’m sorry a told me to contact manager /booking.Com for refund .in the morning the breakfast was set up an looked appealing!! But was not restocked people was standing around waiting for it to be restocked with eggs,biscuits,milk,bacon. Lady advised everyone she was working on it . It wud be bout 5-10 minutes well needless to say it was longer than that.

Pros:

Greeted by staff wrapped in blanket vaping with boyfriend outside like homeless people at front door. Multiple repair issues around the motel. My guess is the motel started off nice, but staffing difficulties and lower than expected occupancy led to repairs stacking up and weaker hospitality. The breakfast and staff helping breakfast were great.

Cons:

Pool was not working. Granddaughter was looking forward to some pool time. The bathroom had poor craftsmanship on the tile work. We reserved a king bed and got 2 queens. I sent in a request to have our room close to another family and they were on another floor

Pros:

The people were friendly. The food was good.
The staff was very good period the room was poorly manufactured and had caulking of a brown color all over the walls.And the floors. There were outlets in the room that were not covered.

Pros:

Bed where comfortable and it was quite. I picked this hotel because it had a pool and free breakfast . They where draining the pool so no swimming for the kids . Went to breakfast about 7 am they where out it everything if you asked if they where going to refill it you where told it was frozen or they out i will not stay here again .
