Good accommodations and improved and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location. Safe. Nice staff. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Slow drain on bathroom sink. Loose toilet seat.

It was good. We might not stay again due to the toilets, but everything else was good
Cons:

The toilets were extremely low. My husband has a bad hip and had trouble getting off the toilet due to the lowness

Friendly staff and helpful

Cons:

Got to my room and bed was unmade, previous guest had their food on the table, trash was full. I went up to the front and asked if it was supposed to be clean. They said this is the second time it happened (I’m assuming today), so they got me a new room.

Bed was excellent!

Cons:

No regular coffee pods in room when we checked in so used decaf. No pod refills on 2nd day. Obviously room was not attended to at all. Room looked well used, especially in bathroom. Refrigerator was noisy. Came to breakfast at 7:30 and most food was gone.

Cons:

The water in the bathroom sink barely had any pressure. Our room was not cleaned during our 2 night stay. The swimming pool was advertised as an amminity. It was not open when got there

Pros:

Staff was nice, breakfast was okay.

Cons:

It was winter, I had small children, the pool heater was broken and we didn't want to keep searching for a place to stay. The point of choosing this place was to accommodate the children and Iet out energy before bed.

Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room clean

Cons:

Long check in time, many rooms weren't ready and people waiting over 40 min for their room. I waited 20 minutes in line. No system of communication between housekeeping and front desk so front desk had to go up to the floor for which rooms were ready. Also most breakfast food had run out

This property has an exit door that is by the gym and leads outside that does not close. The door has been damaged and is always partially open.
